My wraps were good. However my Bacon, egg and cheese bagel was served with outdated/expired cream cheese. Not happy at all about that. Either someone isn’t rotating the stock properly or not checking the expirations when the truck delivers product.

Very helpful n friendly staff now..tried the spicy ghost pepper doughnut! Surprisingly it was pretty good sweet n with a tinge of spice..like it!

Got a dozen of my favorite doughnuts for breakfast n tea time!

I dont leave negative reviews, however. This was pretty bad. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered and paid for my order online through the app to give them time before I went to pickup as it was a large order. (For a meeting) 1 order of 50 munchies ($11.99) and 2 dozen donuts ($11.99) per dozen (1dozen assorted and 1 dozen mixed filled) and 1 iced coffee. I get to the window and a girl with red hair and a white lady mention they have none of the donuts I ordered except “nasty ones”. I say no problem, and do they have enough munchies to substitute for the other 2 dozen they cannot provide atm, since 50 munchies is priced at $11.99 and each of the dozen donuts that i paid for are priced at $11.99.

They say yes, I’m like fabulous! at least I can bring something in. The girl with red hair then bring me 1 box of 50 munchies and says “that’s everything.” I ask, is this 50 munchies? She’s says yes. I ask about the substitution they were going to provide for the other 2 dozen, (50 munchies donut holes per dozen since they are all priced at $11.99 each, equalling 100 munchies donuts aside from the 50 i originally ordered) the girl states yes I’ll get that for you.

She comes back with 24 munchies saying that replaces the 24 donuts in the 2 dozen donuts. I explain that the substitution would be 50 munchies donut holes per dozen donuts I paid for that I’m not receiving since they are all priced $11.99. She says ok I’ll get that for you, another girl with a black shirt hands me my coffee I ordered (which was probably made too early and tasted nasty I couldn’t continue to drink it after the 2nd sip.)

So the same girl with red hair comes back with another 50 munchies, asks if I got my coffee, I say yes. She ok that’s all of it. Now I’m shorted 25 munchies at this point and proceed to explain to her how I am losing half a dozen donuts with 125 munchies when the value is 50 munchies per $11.99 that of which i have already paid for. To help her understand the math. She agrees when she understands and goes to get the other 25 munchies.

Now the girl with a black shirt comes up to the window and says we can’t give you that many, I explain what I’ve paid for (which she had my receipt in her hand) and how the other 2 girls that said they were out of donuts agreed to substitute in the same value of munchies. She then says wait up front and I’ll bring it to you. I say ok and wait up front. The girl with the black shirt comes out and and hands them to me and I leave at that point I’ve spent too much time explaining and reasoning.

I’ve never had issues like this with a dunkin donuts and it may just be this location. They were not busy when I showed up, but did become slightly busy as I had to continuously explain how I was not getting what I paid for and I recieved additude for it. (From the girl with the black shirt who wasn’t working but rather talking and everyone else working, there was a man there as well I didn’t interact with but he was working while the girl with the black shirt was standing and talking) no one was wearing name tags to give names.

May as well spend the extra money and go to Krispy Kreme next meeting to avoid this hot mess.

I frequently go to this Dunkin, but there’s a lady working there, se was having with me a really bad bad attitude, she’s rude and she’s not friendly. So yesterday I went there an I order 5 drinks, so I was the only car on drive thru, she yelled at me that I need to order by walk in… they were 2 people working in there. So I hope the staffing do something at the respect with the clients attention, because I love so much the coffee of Dunkin!

Horrible customer service. Vanilla cream donut no cream in it. Waited for my donuts for 10 min cause she forgot. They were not very busy. Not greeted when we came in. Place was dirty at 8:30am in the morning. Corporate needs to visit this place.

Seemed like no one wanted to be there. Coffee wasn’t correct and the vanilla cream filled donut had nothing in it. They also had forgotten to give us our donuts and we stood there waiting 10 minutes and had to ask for them.

How Dunkin saved my meeting?
A no show on my breakfast cater. I have 14 executives waiting for coffee, breakfast bagels, etc. jump in my car and drove not even 5 mins i spotted a Dunkin.

I went in the store and met Miss Kristy who was sooo friendly. I told her I’m in a jam and need help. i placed my order and she stated you have time. I will go in the back and help prepare your order.

Long story short. I was out of Dunkin less than 10 mins and back to the meeting with BREAKFAST.

I wanted to say THANK You! Kristy and the breakfast Team at Dunkin store# 350850 on 7670 Winchester Rd, Memphis TN

you guys ROCK

Love the breakfast! Smoked sausage on english muffins n the toast with eggs n ham n the best is the munchikins (mini doughnuts) always get 50pcs @ $8.99 (25 cents a pc)- all 5 flavours mixed in! The employees have very good customer service n r real patient in understanding my orders!

Went to buy my usual this morning n got very bad service from Akia..no smile, no good morning, grouchy n refuse to divide my 50 munchikins into 3 boxes n gave me short of 5 n had to go back to claim the shortage n not even an apology for the miscount…she need to go for customer service trainning as that is a bad start of the day so early in the morning at 7.30am! Will definitely walk out if I see her serving the next visit!

Dunkin is my favorite place for coffee but the line here is ridiculous. It’s even worse on the weekends. I may have to stop coming. No matter how early I get here, the line is rarely moving and then you get to the window and have a full staff! We are trying to make it to work on time. I’ve seen like 5 cars jump out of line. I’ve been here in line now 20 min.

Enjoy the late shift personnel’s professionalism, courtesy and timely service. The food is good and the variety of coffee choices will bring you back. I rarely partake of the sweets but they are great when I do! 9/26 Had an opportunity to talk to a gentleman named Peter today as I visited DD for a mid-day stop and he happened to stop in to pickup items to contribute to a great cause. One thing we know, giving is receiving and when you give ultimately you receive ten fold in returns! He bought some specialty coffee to contribute to his company’s collection drive for Le Bonheur’s Children Hospital to aid in supporting the families of sick children being housed at their locally provided community housing. What a great cause. Wondering what company this is, you showed know the connection by now…he worked for FEDEX and it was the FEDEX House. I informed him that I was aware of this and other great organizations like the McDonald House, and Target House as we discussed the different hospitals being supported by organizations in an effort to relieve the burdens from families. Thanks for all you do and if you haven’t already contributed to one of these great organizations, reach out to them; the kids and their families would greatly appreciated the support. We never know when our lives will be touch in a similar manner…

Stopped in for a mid-day snack after a long morning walk…got my 4 miles in today; prepping for the ACA MSW! Used my T-Mobile Tues discount to get one of my faves – BcnEgCh on a Croissant! Hope the T-Mobile Nation is enjoying T-Mobile Tues!!!

What keeps me coming back, the people – great team and friendly atmosphere…oh, and the food and convenience of location.

Enjoying a nice hot chocolate with my brother (he had a hot coffee) on the go!
