Went in this morning and was overwhelmed by the amazing selection of donuts! Probably the most unique flavors I’ve ever seen. The staff was really chill as well. Definitely will be coming back

I have always had a good experience here. Donuts are fresh and they have a good selection. Some of the lower reviews stated when they went in they were out of donuts. Isn’t that the nature of the beast? Probably got there after a rush. I personally have never had this experience, they are always well stocked when I’ve gone in. Employees are nice too, never had one be rude to me. Highly recommend.

my bf surprised me with a box of donuts here after work!! they’re so delicious and absolutely beautiful. bf says the customer service is amazing and the people were so nice and helpful when picking them out! definitely will be our go-to sweet spot

We LOVE The Donut Factory & always have a great experience! Today the children and I went in for our donuts and had help from Kevin. Kevin was outstanding, absolutely patient, kind and fast! He wouldn’t allow me to tip even though he DESERVED A HUGE ONE. Which is why I’m here! Kevin deserves attention for his customer service. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays. You’re guaranteed to get it here every time

I used to be an avid Frost Donut lover, until I found this place. Don’t get me wrong, Frost is still tasty, however, Donut Factory is leagues above in flavor selection. The dough is also super tender and fluffy. Almost melts in your mouth. Every time I have come, there are people in line because it is that damn good. Staff has always been so courteous and efficient. They’ve always had plenty of donuts in stock when I’ve visited. Also, highly recommend the Homer Donut! It is better than you can dream of! The Maple Bar is also a personal favorite of mine. Haven’t been let down by a donut here yet!

Ten stars. Came here with my 5-year-old after my oldest started third grade and it’s been a pretty great day, then we get here, we were given an extra donut and a free bottle of water I think because it was our first time. The guy working the counter was super nice to our kid and to us. Really made me feel at home in a way that I don’t think I’ve ever felt at a donut shop before. We actually ate the donuts inside which we never really do. Definitely will be coming back every Friday to grab a little treat for my kids after school.

Such an amazing find. They have so many varieties of donuts but tend to sell out of most of them towards the EOD.
The cream cheese strawberry and Bavarian ones are real yum. The chocolate peanut one looks very inviting but turned out to be a little dry.
A must visit if you’re in Lynnwood!

I ordered online for pick up which was 45-50 minutes of a wait which I understand since they are busy. I don’t have a problem waiting, but when I get there to pick up my donuts my order isn’t at the order pick up window, when they ask my name they start packing my order THEN AND THERE. Lol by this time they are out of 4 of the 7 donuts I ordered and have already paid for. Why let me pay for something you’re out of? If you can’t handle how much business you’re getting you shouldn’t allow people to order online. Waste of my time, rude staff, the end. Not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to others. Oh and staff doesn’t know how to process a refund so who knows when I’ll get my money back. Hopefully soon because I will be on them about my refund. Headed to A1 Donut instead now.

Arrived around 10am and there was still quite a full selection available! Kept it reasonable and ordered a dozen. Nice sized donuts and really enjoyed all the variety & creativity! This could be my new go-to donut place from now on. Nevermind it takes me 20 minutes to get there!
