I’ve eaten plenty of donuts, and lots were compared to Duck Donuts. This having been my 1st time… I can now say they weren’t even in the same league! Crazy combinations and additional options. All freshly made and served hot. The Apple Pie was great, same for the Coffee Cake. The surprise was the powdered Cinnamon and Sugar. Basic donut done in an exceptionally good way. Could’ve had an entire box of just those and would’ve ecstatic. The Iced coffee was really good as well. We’ll be back! That’s for sure. Cheers.

I have never reviewed a place but this is ridiculous. The product is 100% 5 stars but the customer service is in the negatives. Walked into an empty store for 1 milkshake and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes for that milkshake. I watched 24 donuts and a mocha made before a single milkshake. Employee was clearly under the influence. I would rather go to the food lion for shelf Krispy Kreme than return to this establishment.

We placed an order for a dozen doughnuts at 10:52am and by 11:52am they had yet to start on our order. So we asked for our money back and left with no doughnuts in hand. It seemed like the woman working was training a new employee, which I understand takes time. However, management should have staffed appropriately for training new employees on a Sunday morning.

I love duck donuts and usually have no problem. But as I am still waiting for my order after 30 minutes I still don’t have it. I stop at the one on Ramsey st. I think I’ll have to rethink it next time I’m in town.

I tried the peanut butter glazed donut with chocolate drizzling. It was sweet and gooey. We also tried the birthday cake smoothie. It tasted like a sprinkled up birthday cake. The service we got was fine.

Love that every donut we order is always fresh and hot out of the oven. The choices are a bit overwhelming, but the pre-assorted options make it easier. This location in particular always gets the order right and is always kind when we stop in to pick up a dozen. You really can’t go wrong with duck donuts though!

Well all I can say is AWESOME!!! The staff (Samantha and Kerry) were very polite and helpful in ordering… and the donut making caught my son’s eyes off the bat! All in all… 2nd runner up to Krispy Kreme.

Oh my gosh! I haven’t tasted donuts so good in a long time. Being a military family, they are comparable to Varsity Donuts in Manhattan, KS. Our donuts were fresh and still warm.
On another note, customer service was fantastic. I had placed an order online (for a funeral reception) and for some reason, it didn’t come through for the correct pick up time. They were courteous and understanding, they fixed the issue and I was able to deliver them on time. The ladies there were wonderful and very responsive to my needs.

I went here for the first time yesterday. I had no idea it was a made to order donut shop. Omg was I in for a surprise. We ordered a dozen. The kids had a ball picking from all the flavors. Then the made them for us. They were hot and fresh and tasted amazing. We all were probably in a sugar coma the whole way home but it was soooooooo worth it.
