Warm greeting, courteous staff. Buying to drop off at a business. Gentleman that helped me suggested a variety box of their most popular donuts….he also advised excluding nuts due to unknown allergies. THAT WAS A PROTIP! It shows you care, thank you!!
Then he turned around and crafted these beautiful donuts!! Truly artisanal!!

Not the best place for coffee – at least my personal experience. Donuts are good and usually hot. You can see them making it in front of you. Lots of options to customize your donuts. I wish they had more diet friendly options (e.g. vegan, sugar free, etc.) Limited seating inside and no seating outside so most people order to go.

Donuts were great. They have a big variety and the donuts are made fresh right in front of you. Raha had amazing customer service and was very efficient.

Clean inside, friendly service, only two spots to sit inside, no patio seating, coffee was weak and COLD! Donuts were so so, warm and cake-like. I prefer traditional donut pastries. One star because coffee should not be cold. Ever.

I visited for the first time May 2022. Excellent doughnuts, individually made. Even though the person working had many orders to handle, he was friendly and took care with each doughnut. Coffee was good too. I am so glad I discovered this shop!

Customer service seems to be an issue. After a prolonged argument I spoke up to defend a fellow customer who had a seemingly reasonable request that could be accommodated at little expense (these are donuts not luxury goods). I was called names then I was told my expectations of polite customer service show my privilege. I’ve never tasted the donuts as I took my few discretionary dollars elsewhere.

This was our first time going to Duck Donuts. The place was clean, staff was very kind, and the doughnuts were absolutely delicious. We love how they are made to order, so they are nice and warm and melt in your mouth. Definitely will be coming back here when we come out to Atlanta again.
