The owners who I been dealing with for 8 years, started taking time off and they deserve it big time but the ones that are cooking the donuts when they’re not there- it’s a definite change in the taste and quality. The donuts are extra thick, dry, it’s not enough glaze on the donuts, the filled donuts are split most of the time, just not the same at all; I will still get my egg and cheese sandwich

Their I believe to be hand made donuts and other delectables are Def a reason to give them a try however if you have a problem with rude customer service then don’t go. The young lady who takes the orders was very rude, rushed me,acted as if I was suppose to know what was what ,she was very unprofessional

The young girl working the order line this morning was short, rude and kept rushing me. Not cool. Sweetheart, the owners, your bosses, have built that business over a very long time and established a strong customer base.
Don’t ruin it by treating people ugly. Slow down and be kind to people.
I have been going to this donut shop for at least 15+ years now. The husband and wife owners have always been so friendly and welcoming in addition to making some great donuts. That’s why I kept coming back. I’ve sent other customers their way and bought donuts for my whole office so many times I can’t even count. I read some other reviews below and I see that it’s not just me noticing this. I like this place but I can easily go to chick fil a just up the street for breakfast.

the best donuts period in the county! i searched for a year to find glazed donuts like these: airy, glazed, sweet and overall delish. no one does donut like these! get there very very early because when they are gone, they are gone.

The freshest and best doughnuts on the Southside. Made fresh daily! I’ve never had an issue with the young lady others have complained about. I go in with a positive attitudemyself. I talk to them like I really know them and she has always given me the same energy back. Your vibe sets the tone as well in any establishment you enter! I’ll continue to go there!

Racist younger lady with a nasty attitude works here. My teenagers went in this racist place …They came back to the car without doughnuts and told me the racist young lady said get out we’re closed and locked the door. I notice the lady was arguing with a man when I walked to the door . I also notice that it was a a lot of doughnuts in there. So I’m thinking why are they closed.. She came to the lock door where I was standing and I told her how she treated my kids was disrespectful… she pushed my kids out and locked the door… I will never come back to this spot

I have been going here for years. Supporting this business. But that young lady that is at the register now will be the downfall of the establishment. She is rude and just doesn’t care. The owners have worked hard over the years.

Drove over an hour to try this place just to see they were closed. The website and google says they close at 1pm but when you get there they close at 12pm. That’s not right you have people wanting to support your business just to get false advertising.

Best breakfast spot in Clayton County but you better get there early because they sell out fast. If you’re not there before 8am, half of the shelf will already be gone. This is one of the longest operating businesses in Forest Park and the recipe seems like it has never changed.
