This plays is so fake the employees are very rude and who wants to come to a place where someone face is glue to there phone or talking bout someone else uhhhhh. I’ll go to the one on university they have nice helpful considerate employees. But War Memorial heck no. Oh and your Manager Lori she spews that she’s racist and she talks horribly about people.

Wasn’t friendly , had to ask more that twice for a soda. Plus lost 360 in 15 mins with no bonus. Never once came up gambling at this place. Could of just been my luck that night

Didn’t win anything I had to wait for a machine to play as they only have five machines. Drinks and guy running the place were extremely nice and accommodating made you feel right at home

Friendly clerk Rmoore was people friendly very hospitable … Checked every 5mintues to make sure we were ok and asked if we needed anything else and mentioned if we did she was Roz and would be glad to assist …. Thanks Roz ! Who does that ?
