I needed to purchase donuts and gift cards for a company event that morning. In a rush, I was still was greeted with a pleasant smile and quality customer service. Maria went above and beyond with quick friendly service and had a great attitude. With the way the world has been it’s nice to see more smiling faces. The coffee is good, but it depends on who makes it that day and they’re out of things all the time. I received a soggy donut today, it’s almost like they dipped the bottom part of the donut in water and the dough was all stretchy and gross , had to throw it away

I have went to Dunkin’ location on Valencia and Midvale and there’s a girl there by the name of Celina that I would really like to appreciate and let her know that she Is a good customer service with her customers and she greets them very well and I would like to thank her for all she does for her customers and the store when I have walked into the store she was cleaning and still took the time to say welcome in when I have gotten ready to take my order she stop what she was doing and helped me out there was no other employee around besides her thank you Celina for your service

Marcela is a DOLL! She is so friendly and cheerful; her smile (even with the mask on) is like a shot of espresso before you even get your coffee-such a treat, without the up charge! She’s pretty much the only reason I visit this Dunkin’, besides the munchkins. They say how you spend your morning will often tell you what kind of day you’re going to have. So, start your day off right with a Dunkin’ coffee from Marcela when she’s on shift!!

Over all my experience at the Valencia and Midvale location has not been great. It was like pulling teeth w the girls upfront. Recently I have been helped by Elijah and Jose and these two have made my experience a whole lot better! These two guys deserve a raise! Always smiling and know my order exactly as I walk in saying I got this… and they do! Keep up the good job guys!!

My family and I were in town over night for the Arizona Bowl football game. This location was just up the road from our hotel. Seeing as how my kids love the donuts and I am rather fond of the cold brew coffee, my daughter and I stopped by. Upon entering there was a group of people sitting at the tables waiting for their companion to pay for their order. The only issue was that their companion was stoned out of his mind. It took several minutes for them to pay and leave. Throughout this entire ordeal the cashier was patient and calm. He did a wonderful job with the situation. Once that was taken care of, he promptly took my order. He also ensured that the drinks were to my liking before I left the counter. I think his name was Oscar. Thanks guys for a great visit.

The ppl working here are great very nice and polite. Just the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous. Stood in line multiple times for 15-20 minutes not moving at all. Finally move another 10 minutes to move again. Reason why I don’t go as much anymore. If the drive thru line would move faster I would be here every day.

I came here at 7:30 in the morning and the donuts were hard like they’re from yesterday. The reason I go to Dunkin’ donuts is for the softness of the donuts. For me if a donut isn’t fluffy soft it’s a waste of money.

Terrible serviice, cant even get an order right and cant even charge you correctly, just a bunch of clowns pretending to do their jobs. Stay away from dissapointment, and it goes from the hard tasteless donuts to the long wait for not having the flavors and wrong ice cream. What a Joke!!

Went there today and the young man that helped me didn’t smile and wasn’t friendly. He acted like I was bothering him and he didn’t like his job. And the iced Mocha was so over priced I’ll never go there again.
