friendly service. They make good blended drinks so that made me happy. The doughnuts are great. Thank you

Love this Top Pot! I go here at least once a week to get big yummy donuts for my family. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they also make great coffee (for the 6 people left on the planet who like regular drip black coffee!). Try the maple bars!

This Top Pot location is by far the best one in Seattle. Every time I’ve come in, I am met with the best customer service AND the sweetest, most genuine kindness. On the days I go in where Megan, Lauren and Dave are working, the environment is radiant and is the best part of my day!

Not many options for coffee this early in the morning around my hotel. Glad Top Pot revealed itself as an early riser on the Google. There were many tempting flavors but I finally settled on a red velvet with frosting and an old fashioned with maple glaze. Both were stellar. My latte was decent but not less than stellar, maybe it was the espresso roast. I’d probably get a drip next time around. Service was prompt, courteous and professional and I suspect a fellow early riser….

Great doughnuts, amazing coffee, and very friendly staff. I got the maple old fashioned and raspberry bullseye doughnuts then a hazelnut Irish cream latte and a mocha. The hand pulled shots were smooth and the coffees both tasted great – balanced and not too sweet. The doughnuts were fresh with a great texture. I will definitely be going back when we are in this area again.

Can one of the girls please teach the big dude with glasses how to make coffee? Everytime I come in, the shots are weak, there’s too much milk, and he doesn’t double cup. I have no issues with anyone else, and I hate tipping on bad coffee, but the girls still deserve it.

Was super excited a couple weeks when I drove by and learned too pot has a location close to my new job. I have now walked to this place from work twice without purchasing anything. I can’t bring myself to spend my money here no matter how bad I want the them. On both occasions I’ve walked in , no one speaks or greets you. Kinda just stand around looking at you (or at least this is my experience. On BOTH occasions when I’ve decided to move past not feeling welcomed or being greeted to ask a question- there is no friendliness or any here to help kind of response . Very bland and almost felt like I was being bothersome . So both times I’ve left empty handed , experience over food EVerytime. It sucks . Will not be going back to this specific location at least .

Went around 12 noon and bought 6 doughnuts. To be honest they were a bit stale or dry. The Raspberry Bismarck is not as good as it used to be. Disappointing

We were very happy with the half dozen donuts that we got today when we stopped in. Everyone got something different and was very happy. The apple fritters were huge!!! And I definitely recommend the salted caramel old fashion

Fantastic donuts. The crankiest staff. I’m sorry.. we we bothering you when we came in and you had to do your job for 2 min? Really kinda knocks the wind out of you. Rude. Cold. And annoyed.
This place is across from Swedish Cancer Care.. you serve caffeine and sugar rings. And the staff is the worst.
