I asked for 2 apple fritters 2 BEAR Claws 2 plain glaze 2 chocolate cake with sprinkles the lady tells me buy a dozen it’s cheaper I said no so she proceeds to add more donuts to the box that I didn’t want so I made her take them out and she started arguing with me I told her I didn’t want any more than the 8 I told her so she hits the register two times and charges me $10.50 I hand her a $20 she takes the receipt a tears it up before I could ask for it this lady needs some lessens in retail you have to give a itemized receipt with every sale it’s the law and stop trying to up sell people your donuts there avg .and stop being so pushy if they only want a few donuts .

We ordered a large dozen of donuts for about $10. It was a pretty great deal. The employee here was great, and gave us a bit of donut holes for freebies. We really appreciated that. The donuts were super soft, sweet, and delicious. We bought Maple, chocolate, and glazed ones. They have a lot more options here, though. I’d definitely come here again. Service was very fast, too, in the morning!

Donut Factory donuts are fire!! I’m picky about my pastry and will go miles out of my way for a great donut. Thankfully Donut Factory is a five minute drive from work and they’re fast, so if I’m crunched for time I can still stop for a morning treat. I digress…anyway the donuts were fluffy, tasty, and addictive.

Every time I’ve been there there hasn’t been much of a selection at all there’s only a few kinds of donuts they offer and it’s really not the kind that my kids are I prefer but they are good Donuts usually fresh

Great friendly service and great donuts. Family owned. My favorite donut place. When I have a big order for my kids class, I can call in advance and they have my order ready when I get there.

The lady asked me how many did I want? My reply was two of each mind you there was not a very large selection again she asked me how many did I want I said two of each. She didn’t ask me again and my reply was two of everything she said that would be two boxes I would hope so I’m getting two of each again her selection was not very big at 10 a.m. on a Sunday morning and I was headed to a funeral party
