Stopped here for some doughnuts after brunch. This place has a nice collection with very good customer service. I tried two doughnuts I think a biscotti one and the one with mango jelly. The one with mango jelly was pretty good and would recommend that one. The biscotti bar was not that good, the dough was a bit sticky and lacked the bounce. Otherwise okay.

My friend got a box of doughnuts. I passed in front of this place so many times. Never thought I would stop by. I’m impressed how tasty these doughnuts. I’m petite size but I had 5 doughnuts one sit. Little shamed myself eating too many but they were so good. I couldn’t stop.
The shop locates at the coner of busy intersection. There are small parking lot for this strip mall.
I would love to get their doughnuts again.

The yeast (risen) donuts are the star here. Extremely soft but not underdone or overly greasy. The donuts themselves have a very nice flavor and don’t rely on the toppings to taste good. And a nice mix of classic toppings among more unique and interesting combos.

Prices are reasonable. Basically everything you’d want out of a donut shop!

Donuts were delicious! I was buying for a party so I asked for just a tasty assortment of 12, the person at the counter gave a good mix of tasty options. Definitely would come back. A little pricey ($2+ per donut) but totally reasonable for the quality and for the city.

Big selection of donuts here, so many types! The glazed twist is my favorite, so good. Some donuts are just ok and others are great. A bit on the expensive side but maybe that’s the norm for donut shops in the city. Employees here are always super nice! There’s also a very small parking lot outside the store.

Great donuts!! Glad it was in walking distance from the Watertown hotel!! Brightened my stay in Seattle each morning I visited!

Now these are some fantastic donuts! I have no idea why people go to Dunkin Donuts when there is Donut Factory around. The variety of the donuts is incredible. The quality is amazing. They are fresh, and even good the next day. We visited this place after visiting the U of W campus. This would be a short walk for students if they want donuts. There is even a Subway sandwich shop next store, and a pot shop. I guess these restaurants do good business being next to their shop. The munchies…

Thanks Dustin for the great customer service! These guys have quite a selection of donuts. Got a half a dozen for my family and it surely didn’t disappoint. Also, appreciate them keeping the mask mandate in place, 5 stars all around! Thank you!

A sweet spot for all the college students. They have a happy hour the hour before closing for cheaper deals and also offer a 10% discount for various cards (Husky/Military/Orca). My complaint is that they don’t accept ice cream sandwich orders in the last hour or so and that lines up with happy hour, so you can’t get both a donut ice cream sandwich and a deal, but it’s not too harsh especially if you understand the ice cream sandwiches take more time.

I liked Donut Factory donuts in my high school days in the Edmonds area and the experience is pretty comparable, so a note for anyone who’s familiar with that location. Service and friendliness here is better, though. Regular donuts are indicated by the black trays and “fancy” donuts are white trays. Big fan of the fancy options as they can be pretty unique and mouthwatering to look at. I’m not a fan of the prices because I’m spoiled with a WinCo, but obviously you get what you pay for and the quality (+freshness) here is unmatched. Each donut reignites my sweet tooth though, so I can’t just have one donut unfortunately.

Seems that they have vegan donuts available on specific days only. Didn’t interfere with my order in the end but originally wanted to pick one up for a friend.

Anyways, bring some friends or bring some donuts to your friends. They’ll appreciate it.
