Cutter’s Point Coffee Reviews

I ordered their new matcha latte with oat milk this morning. When it came out it was cream colored which is not how matcha lattes are supposed to look. I took it back to my car and had a sip and it was nasty, tasted like syrupy oat milk. I went back in explaining I was puzzled by the odd experience and the person at the counter said that they must have put too much milk in it and the person who made it rolled their eyes at me which was rude. But they did remake it. However the second one literally looked and tasted exactly the same as the first one. I will not be back. I paid $6 for this and it was absolute trash not to mention the rude customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place. You’ll find better service, and lower prices at your local Starbucks.

Love this place!! The cold brew with oat milk and one shot of cinnamon syrup is my go to after a day of working with children. The girls that work here are kind and remember my daily order. The cafe is spacious and allows for small meetings or after school tutoring or homework sessions. The drive thru is an added bonus.

This is a wonderful place for coffee and a snack. They have excellent spiced mixed nuts for those of us who are gluten free. It’s a perfect place to bring your laptop and get something accomplished, as well as a friendly atmosphere.

Super gorgeous and modern yet comfortable. Their coffee was deliciously smooth.
My only complaint is the TP was stuck in the dispenser in the Womens bathroom and would only come out in shredded little pieces ‍♀️ ‍♀️. But the bathroom was cute and clean.

5/5 recommended for their coffee!

Yesterday evening (07/14/2022) my wife and I were on a drive and decided to tour the shopping center. We saw Cutters Point Coffee and decided to give it a try. I walked in and was amazed at the atmosphere and cleanliness. The interior is simple and not overwhelming. The lady behind the counter had an unwelcoming vibe about her. She wasn’t inviting at all. She seemed as if me coming in to order was bothering her. The quietness and her lack of customer service skills made things really awkward. I just didn’t like the fact that she wasn’t engaging at all. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato, Mocha Frappe, and 2 chocolate chip cookies. I was having a hard time seeing the menu when it came to sizes so I kept saying “large” and clearly now I know that isn’t the correct terminology. Sizing chart was in ounces which is okay but the lady was just standing there awkwardly staring at me. Macchiato tasted like watered down sweetened milk. Mocha frappe was good. I did like the chocolate chip cookies. They were ginormous. So with her watered down awkwardly quiet customer service and whatever the macchiato was, it’s best we take our business elsewhere.

I go there DAILY sometimes twice a day! Love the staff! My drink is always perfect! The snacks always taste fresh!

The coffee we got from Cutter’s Point was no less than three times as good as Starbucks and probably 75% of the price. Today they were unusually busy for a Sunday, but the two baristas were able to move the customers through inside and in the drive-thru at a surprising pace. Despite being swamped their coffee didn’t lack any quality. I have posted a photo of their menu because I couldn’t find it online. I will go back everytime I visit Savannah and next time I’ll try one of their many baked goods.

The hot macchiato and hot lattes tasted like hot water and milk. No coffee flavor to speak of. The prices = like Starbucks.

Ordered a vanilla iced latte and it tasted like vanilla almond milk on ice. I can’t taste any of the coffee.
