$5 for one cookie, the cookie was to be top notch. I asked several times will they be able to get me a very soft chewy chocolate chip cookie with chocolate chips somewhat melted. I was assured I would. Cookie was not very soft, chocolate chips were not soft.
Box of 36 cookies from Albertsons was way better. Microwave for 14 seconds and an excellent chewey gooey cookie.

A must try! Their menu changes weekly so there should be at least one cookie you’ll like. Most cookies are warm and they are huge. We’ve done a few mukbangs and have never been disappointed.

Crumbl cookie is like no other place. Ordered a dozen assorted for a party and they were a hit with kids and adults. I ordered through the app which was easy to do. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was… ordering through the app was suppose to save me time. It get super busy inside the store. I went to pick up my order 2 hours later and I had to wait 18 minutes for them to get my order ready. I am not sure if that’s how long it takes to get orders through the app. Other than that presentation of the goods – beautiful and flavor delicious! I highly recommend.

The bakers here are outstanding, even when they had a rush of orders they were still being very friendly and attentive. The cookies are amazing and always warm. Definitely recommend the cookie and this location.

Absolutely in love with this store because their cookies are absolutely The Best in every way possible! So gooey and sweet and filled with such yummiest that I just can’t stop eating! I recently got my and my husband’s mother a gift card! I know i am bad and probably this will get them hooked too but it’s too delicious not to share!! So to addicting sweets, you are forever in the love of my life!!

The facility is clean and decorated cute and simple inside. It smells amazing as soon as you walk in the door. There were a lot of people working, so we were helped quickly and both of the employees who helped me were cheerful and friendly. The worker made sure to ask if the cookies looked okay before closing our box and sending us on our way! All the flavors for this week were tasty! Definitely try the blueberry cheesecake when it pops up 🙂

I first fell in love with Crumbl when I was visiting in Wichita. When I heard Crumbl was opening in Bakersfield, I was beyond ecstatic. The cookies are always cooked to perfection. Served warm and full of flavors. My favorite is the milk chocolate chip, every bite has at least one chocolate chip that melts in you mouth. The kids prefer the cold recipes, those are usually served chilled and pack more sugar for sure.

All Orders are only to Go. Went to Cookie Crumbl this weekend, before going in you can’t miss the cutest pink balloons at the entrance it think it makes it look super cute the inside very simple but very nice and cute C.C. Has cookies and Icecream every week they carry 5 different flavor but they’ll always have chocolate chip cookies they have mini cookies and the big cookies they also have delivery available and curve pickups and reserved spaces for the people picking up in the shade. They have gift cards.and they cater. I got the macadamia cookie and it was really good good kids got shark cookie and loved it it was a wonderful experience the staff was friendly and the place was clean
