Maybe I’m just easily impressed but by god this place is awesome. The cinnamon rolls tasted good, the servers where really kind, and every part of the experience was great. Special shout-out to whoever drew on our delivery, the drawings are adorable and I love it!!

The employees were welcoming and friendly during my visit, I came in during the evening and my cinnamon roll came out tasting fresh and was warm. You can customize your cinnamon roll, starting at around $5 plus one icing and one topping and additional charges per extra topping. I got the pecan praline cinnamon roll and it was absolutely delicious.

Everything is Vegan!!!! I ordered a Texas Pecan Praline Roll – seriously delicious! Explosion of flavors in your mouth! Mouth watering! Will order again! I ordered a Cherry Cheesecake Roll – I love cherries so I felt I had to try it! It’s sweet and creamy. But not something I have to order again. I purchased a Vegan brownie and vegan chocolate chip cookie. Brownie – ooey gooey tasty! Chocolate chip cookie – crunchy and flavorsome. Customer service was great! Very clean inside!

I’m here visiting my kids and once everyone scattered and I was left by myself, momma treated herself to some food. Cinnaholic has been on my list of places to try for at least a year.
I had to order through Grubhub because they left me without a vehicle. Seriously guys, my order was on the way and delivered within 15 minutes!
I ordered an old skool with extra frosting side, an Oreo cookie scoop and a banana bread.
The banana bread was for my son. He enjoyed it, but I thought it would be a larger size. Not a deal breaker, but left him wanting another.
The Oreo cookie scoop was for my daughter. She said that it was really good, can I order 2 for her next time!
The old skool roll was for me and hubbs to share. At home I have a bakery I am loyal to because the cinnamon rolls are so good, with rich thick buttercream frosting. That was what was in my head and what I expected, but when I opened the box, that wasn’t why I got. Before I go on, I will say I was NOT disappointed. Inside the box was a delicious, soft, perfectly baked cinnamon roll with amazing frosting generously poured on top. I enjoyed every single bite. That was 2 nights ago, and I can’t stop wanting another! Hubbs only ended up getting about 1/6 of it because it was so delicious!
I’m looking forward to my next roll, and actually going to the store itself!

My son and I visited this lovely cinnamon roll bakery one evening and not only was the roll delicious…I mean hello scoop of cookie dough on top or peanut butter icing….the staff was also super nice and attentive. They even suggested off menu items that were customer faves and offered samples of their banana bread and brownies. Everything was delish!!

First and foremost the cinnamon rolls were amazing. My mom and I had the S’mores and my boyfriend had the Jelly Roll.
The reason for the rating is as follows. We were told it would have been a 15 minute wait to bake some baby rolls for our order which is fine but 30 minuets went by and they were never offered to us. Many people came in, various left, due to how slow the ladies were making orders. When we asked about the baby rolls we were told that it would be longer because they were now busy. We watched them take a whole tray of baked rolls out and put them under the counter before tending to the remaining orders. Mind you, when we arrived there was no one ahead of us yet they wanted to look confused when we asked about our order.

The team at Cinaholic McKinney @ custer and 121was amazing!!! They filled a fairly large order for us with no prior notice and it only took about 15 minutes. Not bad for 2 dozen rolls, 1 dozen cookies and 1 dozen brownies. They even included a hand written chart showing what the flavors were in the boxes and separated the ones with nuts in case anyone had nut allergies!!! Will definitely be going back to this location even though there are ones closer to our house. Great Job and Outstanding Customer Service!!!!

Pasting my Facebook post w/o edits here bc it says it all. ->Y’ALL!!! I can’t say enough good things about this place. The most AMAZING staff, the most delicious cinnamon rolls, WOW! PLEASE, go spend money there! I simply called to see if we could possibly reserve a table for a small birthday celebration & OHMYGOODNESS, they blew my mind! Above & beyond doesn’t begin to describe it. The owner told me over the phone that they could do a cinnamon roll birthday cake & that is so perfect for Mom, so I happily said Yes! Then she said they could put a little happy birthday sign on the table, maybe run over to Target & get some candles. Surprised, I said, well that’s nice, sure, thank you. Never did I believe that they would decorate the ENTIRE store just for Mom! They hand-drew a happy birthday sign, hung a big banner, decorated all the light fixtures with shimmery fringe, balloons with fairy lights, tablecloths, specially tied-up bunches of fancy disposable cutlery & more. EVERY bit of decor in this place was specifically put there for Mom! They played 50s/60s music the whole night and Mom & my daughter danced and danced. And that CAKE… INCREDIBLE!!! Melts in your mouth, best I’ve ever tasted! It just meant so much to all of us how they just went all out for my sweet Mom on her special milestone birthday. She said it truly was the best birthday she’s ever had & I have to give Cinnaholic a fair share of the credit. Go there! NOW!

I always forget to take a picture of my dessert!! I open the box and dive right in!! Today I tried the Blueberry Blitz!!! OMG!!! Moist, creamy and the marshmallows on top were scrumptious!! The suggestions, comments and attitudes from the employees are ways helpful and AMAZING!!! Keep doing great things!

Wasn’t impressed! Came in yesterday for Mother’s Day and the cinnamon roll was very dry and my drink was made wrong. Girls that worked there seemed like they were deer in headlights. Very disappointed
