Krispy Kreme Reviews
Came here to have my sweet-tooth craving for donuts! There was no line so I got some help right away. I got a dozen of varieties. The donuts counter display were plentiful. I also got a military discount which is super nice! Thank you!
My daughter only likes these donuts, so for her birthday we bought them to celebrate. The service isn’t as friendly as before and they definitely weren’t busy that late in the evening. They also smashed the last donut in the box to make it fit. You also don’t get a sample any more (maybe you haven’t during Covid) but anyways that was the best part- a fresh donut right off the line.

This place is great! We just so happened to experiment with buying their coffee, what a good choice! The only thing is that the medium size coffee is the size of a small and the large is a medium size. Their coffee is delicious and regardless of the size error my wife and I would return for it. Krispy Kreme’s is right next to McDonald’s, so… if you’d rather have lower quality coffee for $1 using their app go to McDonald’s.
Terrible service, employees never understand order. Donuts placed in box horrible and just terrible customer service.
I was there last night. I arrived 20 mins before closing and a ,white guy with curly hair, standing by the door did not let me in. He said the lobby was closed and I should “try the drive-thru”. Since I had never been to this Krispy Kreme and didn’t know the lobby closed earlier than adverised. I didn’t think it was a big deal and I just went through the drive thru. When we were waiting at the drive thru window to get our donuts. A white couple approached the lobby entrance and the same guy let them in and they were able to purchase donuts. I’m sure that white couple had a wonderful experience. As a person of color felt discriminated. I though about letting it go since at the end of the day I still got some donuts but here I am writing about this since I been constantly thinking about this since last night. The donuts were not worth the trouble by the way. We were given really cold, hardened donuts. They felt like I was bitting in a stick of butter. We only had the first bite of 2 donuts and tossed the whole box away. I had way better experiences at other locations, Burbank for example.
I love when they give me free samples. I think their original glazed are the best. Some of other options look nice but taste is nothing to write home about.
Called in to place an order, Joseph helped me out and he was super fast gave me all the information I needed and even helped me out with some special deals and the Krispy Kreme app. Joseph gave some great customer service!
Don’t order doggie doughnuts. They are rock hard and they will not refund your money. Manager said they are supposed to be rock hard. They are pre packaged, not fresh and cost $15.
I have been here quite a few times in the past few years and I have had about 30%-40% of the filled donuts that that have had ZERO filling. It’s not like it’s happened once or twice. That is kind of ridiculous and a rip off for this to happen this many times. If I really want Krispy Kreme, looks like I’ll be driving to Burbank. This has been the last straw.
I liked the Donuts. The service couldn’t have been better. I went when it was almost closing time so that may have been why the service wasn’t the greatest.
