I wanted to like this place SO bad, but sadly I wasn’t impressed. Here’s my pros and cons….
Pros: Excellent customer service from staff. Sitting area seemed really clean. I’m more of a fan of just simple original cinnamon roles, but other people might really love the fact that they had a TON of options. I loved that I could buy Dole pineapple whip here!
Cons: The food wasn’t bad, it just didn’t stand out to me as anything special. I love Cinnabon, but I was expecting something far better than that here. I was hoping for melt in your mouth, amazing… and I was definitely disappointed. The cinnamon rolls tasted like bread. Not rich and decadent or melt in your mouth…. Honestly grocery store tube cinnamon roles have more flavor. Maybe I just had a bad experience? But I doubt I’ll go back unless it’s for dole whip.

The best place to go for cinnamon rolls, not to mention they are vegan too. If you are looking for a high-quality cinnamon rolls, this is the place. They are freshly baked to order and you can customize your cinnamon roll however you want it. They are super delicious and the original. They are a little pricey, but the quality is there for sure . So , it’s definitely worth the price. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and helpful too. Overall we had an amazing experience and definitely coming back. Highly recommended! A MUST VISIT place!!!

This place is not only one of my favorite places to go when I am extra hungry, but as well as my immediate family’s favorite. The food here reminds me of going to your moms or grandma’s for a meal after playing outside all day when you were little! So comforting and filling. I call it food that makes me wanna lay down and be lazy. haha My personal favorite to get here is the Beef Stroganoff and my kiddos love the Grilled cheese and Macaroni & cheese from the kids menu!

We actually love this place. It’s delicious. However, I got there five minutes before they opened today and waited in my car until they unlocked the door. I was the first in person customer of the day! But the person working told me because of all the delivery orders that my wait would be 25 minutes or more. I thought these mom and pop shops preferred in person customers better so they didn’t have to lose out on the cut the food delivery apps charge. I could literally see cinnamon buns out- but they wouldn’t sell me any. Just kind of disappointing.

1st of all, I can’t say nothing but only good things about Cinnaholic in green valley, being Vegan it is a little more challenging trying to find bakery’s that offer vegan options.. this place has it all! I love the cinnamon rolls but I am more into the cookie dough treats. my god they are 10/10, Honestly have not had a flavor I have not enjoyed.
Also, the staff is great! The gentleman who works there has the most friendliest energy I probably have ever countered. He is super nice and you can tell he has a lot of gratitude for life, it really reflects and wish there were more people like that in the world. They have always treated me great, I really appreciate cinnaholic.

When I first found this place, I remember walking by it several times thinking, “There’s never anyone in there. How does that place stay in business?” Then, I found out they are all vegan/plant-based and stopped in to give them a shot. This is probably the very best guilt-free dessert I’ve had. They weren’t very good at first because of the massive gobs of frosting on the rolls. Then, I staying asking for less frosting into we got dialed in. Now, it’s the best treat in Henderson.

I can honestly say I have NEVER been more disappointed in a business that I have frequented consistently for 4 years. The quality and taste of the cinnamon rolls is down right AWFUL!! WTH . Bring back the Quality or close your doors !! So over businesses taking advantage of loyalty!! Get it right!! I chose who and where I spend my money!!

We had cinnaholic for the first time delivered and we were not impressed. The vanilla icing tasted like whipped butter and not very sweet. The rolls are rock hard and unappetizing. This was our first experience with them and wont be returning. Maybe a different icing is better but I refuse to eat whipped butter on a rock and give it a good review. Very disappointed did not fulfill our expectations based on the good reviews of this place.

Very nice and helpful staff. Music and tv playing a movie was a bit loud tho. Came in a second time and just the music was a little loud.
Great portions and fresh ingredients. Favorite cinnaholic location.
Only downside is online it says the store opens at 8.30 but when i showed up, it doesnt actually open until 9am.
