We normally love Cinnabon, but had a very disappointing experience today. At the Northtown Mall in Spokane, WA we were going to finish off our date night by sharing one of their giant cinnamon rolls. While the gal at the counter is finishing up serving the couple in front of us, the other gal I’m assuming was the shift manager with short hair and ear buds in her ears starts turning off all the lights and throwing away trays full of perfectly good food all the while completely ignoring us. We ask if we’re too late and the gal at the counter says, “well we can’t serve you that stuff (pointing to the trays the other gal is continuing to throw away) but you can buy these prepackaged boxes” which contain 4 COLD cinnamon rolls. We said “no thanks” and drove to McDonald’s and gave THEM our business. Sad they lost money over a 1 minute difference.

I went to cinnabon the other day and ordered their little mini cinnabons, they were amazing they melt in your mouth, they’re freshly made every day. Wow! Wow! Wow!!

Good food but bad employee, and bad customer service. I think her name was S’ala she literally didn’t care on how to communicate with customers, no respect! That happened twice! The other employees were nice..

Third time in a row the dough was still raw. Staff is nice so I’d change my rating if they just start baking the stuff all the way. But I’m sick of throwing away money and I’m not going to eat raw cinnamon rolls.

They have the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had and they are very big. It’s my favorite once in awhile treat. I would say it’s a 5 star but there prices are high compared to like a cinnamon roll at a coffee stand or at a grocery store. So it’s a great once in awhile to treat.
