Have never had terrible Cinnabons before today. I know the taste and these were terrible. Aside from the outer layer the dough inside was flat which effected the taste and made it doughy. The cinnamon taste was totally off and had a floral taste to it. I will never purchase from this location again. If I could give it zero stars thats what it deserves. They’re not a cheap product either so shame on the operators of this store.

Absolutely delicious I love these especially since I have a sweet tooth. Too much frosting on it but just wipe off any excess. Also it can be a little cold so just throw in microwave or oven after receiving it and it should be perfect.

A nice small branch of Cinnabon. They bake the cinnabon product on site. It is nice to see how they make it.
The only drawback is that there is no many seats available. Only few tables. However, it is not far from the food court, so you can buy whatever you want and head to the food court. I wish they have coffee making machine of lattee and cappuccino. That would make this branch a complete one.

This place used to be really good. It seems lately they don’t bake them long enough and they hardly frost them… Last few times I stopped by they looked as described above and I didn’t bother to buy any.

I love Cinnabon. Especially around the holidays. Toady I went to buy some and they didn’t have any of the cooled pre packaged boxes of 6, but offered me 6 of the fresh but wouldnt discount them as the pre boxed are which seems unfair. I asked for prebixed and the solution they offer costs more. Not cool

Absolutely horrible service this is the second time I’ve driven 45 mins for Cinnabon requested fresh made same day cinnamon buns to be givin dry definitely not same day Cinnabon!!! I’m paying 22 dollars for 6 rolls I expect the quality to be fresh and good not cold and dry!!! Thanks a lot Kevin C you did top notch giving me exactly opposite of what I asked for ♀️

Asked for one of the fresh buns out of the oven because I did not want icing. I was flatly refused this simple customer service gesture. The young lady at the counter didn’t seem overly concerned with customer service or satisfaction. I shall go elsewhere from now on. Eat my Shortbread downstairs was more than happy to take my money

Very disappointed! I checked the Cinnabon website to see if they are open. I understand that during Covid-19 a lot of businesses are closed or have different hours. When I heard that the malls are open I checked to see if Cinnabon is open. On the website it says they are now open for business. I went after work to pick up some cinnamon buns and they are CLOSED!! What does it take to update your website? If a business can’t take the time to update their website, then I can’t take the time to be their customer!
