MN2022: There for a quick breakfast before touring MN. Nice, neat and clean. Very friendly staff. Very quick to get your order. Relaxing comfortable settings for just talking. Very good coffee. Loved the doughnuts.

Cardigan has my favorite donut in Minnesota (their old fashioned). It’s a must try! They also catered donuts to our recent wedding and made it super easy. They delivered the donuts straight to our venue and added them to our donut wall. So many guests commented on how good the donuts were! Highly recommend visiting them or their delivery/catering options.

Really great place with plenty of donut options. We took Vanilla Cream Coconut Bar Donut and Butterscotch Latte. The donut was really good with lightly sweet cream and non-chewy dough. I was really surprised with the latte which went well with the donut.
We would definitely visit again!

Jake was unbelievably kind and helpful. He is engaging and very knowledgeable of the menu and baking process. Any business would be lucky to have him as an employee. The maple bars are the best I’ve ever had and the glazed donuts are excellent as well.

Delicious donuts, even the one that I had left two days later still tasted fresh and delicious. Fun selection and the free coffee with two donuts is a nice touch. For anyone unfamiliar with its location, it is on the 2nd floor of the shopping center inside the Marriott. Took us a minute to figure out where in the building it was but the effort was worth it.

Excellent assortment for my birthday! (Thanks mom) even a long john with the text “happy birthday”the fresh, airy, filling, and flavor was all perfect i going to have to make my own stop out there soon. My personal favorite has to be the jelly filled iced roll!

Cardigan donuts is known for their Old Fashioned, and this week, they tried a new donut that was a Carrot Cake Old Fashioned. My wife and I’s favorite cake is Carrot Cake, and my favorite donut is their old fashioned.
We made a date for going to the Cardigan Donuts downtown for today (Saturday, the last day they were going to have it). I held off all week so it would be a nice little date! We called in that morning, was told we had plenty left, and after finishing getting ready we drove over. When we got there, we were told they didn’t have any left!
They ran out of a specialty donut by 11am on a Saturday (6 hours before they close). This isn’t the first time this has happened either with other specials. The donuts are great, but you have absolutely no idea what they have left EVEN IF you call in and ask.
Turns out you can order for pickup, but how was I supposed to know that? Would it have even had specialty donuts on there?
Good to go to in passing but the only way to make sure you get what you want is to arrive at opening. Most donuts are great there but I was set on this donut all week and just left bummed out and salty.
