Me and my family dined in and had some donuts and I love this place. But we were reminded that shop would close in an hr when we were actually almost done. Didn’t understand why the reminder was so early but maybe they just wanted us out of the franchise. We were the only ones in there. I made a comment about it to the staff that told us this and we left shortly after.

This Dunkin is the only one within 5 miles of me that offers Strawberry Frosted Doughnut with or without sprinkles. My son and husband love them. I only eat French Cruller. This location always have what we want (and it’s always fresh) no matter the time of day that we choose to visit them. The food here is always great too.

Wow, I have never seen such an awful display of professionalism ever. The manager was obviously high and flicked off a person in the drive through while screaming f$&@ off as they drove off. It took forever to get our order and I heard the F$&@ word at lest 15 times . The manager Mara was the exact opposite of what should be acceptable for any job. Dunkin Donuts needs to get their act together.

I eat there at least 3 times a week, depending on who’s working the drive thru determines what attitude you’re going to get. There’s a person who comes off rude but is actually nice, there’s a person there that is downright rude, there’s a person who seems like they actually enjoy it, and then there’s one that I dealt with this morning that just seemed like they sucked the soul out the person. I’m not going to stop eating there anytime soon, they still get 5 stars.

I never picked up from here before so didn’t know how the order came out. I checked the name on the drink to see if it’s mine then I was rudely told “dont touch!” by an older female employee. Excuse you, but I only tried to check to see if it’s mine and I did sanitized my hands so you don’t have to be rude.

My friend and I shared a coffee and breakfast here early in the morning. Our cashier was beyond pleasant!! Even though they were BUSY, we didnt even notice… laid out well. My only feedback is please deal with the fruit flies. We had a couple zooming around our table. It was a little off putting… a quick clean up and it should be resolved. Otherwise, super great!

the doughnuts were very good and the coolatta was good too but i wouldn’t get it again unless i was looking for something that tasted like ice cream because it was basically ice cream, lol. there was only 2 staff members on duty, one of them didn’t really know what to do so he had to ask the other worker to make the coolatta even though she was busy doing drive through.

Great Customer Service! Love Dunkin Donuts Staff!!! They were amazing and even told me a little about themselves! I will be back in the near future. Although they were low on donuts, they obviously have a ton of customers that are in love!

Coffees here this morning were very watered down. It’s like they ran out of cold brew and added water to stretch it out.

They could use a little more training, and understand proper conduct in front of customers. I understand having fun at work but not at the cost of the customers time or being distracted. A little more focus on customers orders and retaining that info for 2 minutes while grabbing the order of donuts is minimal expectation. Otherwise very friendly.
