Had a donut star donut for the first time today. It was very yummy. The frosting tastes like an almond butter cream. I would come back and recommend their donuts.

Nothing too special. I was expecting much more from all the great reviews. The apple fritters are big though. The donuts were not as soft as I was expecting for getting there before 6AM.

The apple fritters are incredible and the blueberry donuts were so light and fluffy you almost seem to be munching on air. The staff are always so friendly, it’s a pick -me -up to visit.

I discovered this place about 6 mo’s ago And became a 5am regular on my way to work up until recently they’re all boarded up so I’m curious if they’re gonna re open. Good donuts!!

Got a box of a bunch of random. long john was soft and fluffy, raspberry filled donut was great, outside had a bit of a crunch and a beautiful airy bite met with a sweet raspberry sauce, blueberry filled was similar experience. The bear claw filled with apple pie filling came recommended by a staff worker, it was really nice flavor, not overly filled so you got a good amount to donut to apple filling ratio.
The apple fritter was huge! and still warm when I got home. little doughy in center but due to size not surprising, it had a good flavor nice marbling, only complaint on fritter would be up the cinnamon and apple content, but I really like cinnamon so that is likely more personal:)

Ordered a #5 donut for my sons Birthday. Everyone at Donut Star was so nice and friendly (even at 5:30am)! The donuts were also delicious and my birthday boy was so excited!! Highly recommend!

The owners are so kind, the donuts are so good, and the prices are incredibly fair. We’d heard some rave reviews about their bear claws and Apple fritters- and they did not disappoint. You could split the large ones between three people, easily. But you won’t want to. Get there early and try a little of everything. You’ll be happy you did.

Gave this place three attempts in the last year to win me over, anytime we went pst 7am they were wiped out of almost anything. The cake donuts were incredibly dry.

The donuts are the best I can remember having. My favorite is the maple bacon. They sell out quick so you have to order ahead of time or get there early. The customer service is top notch too.
