Store was freezing! AC had to be set below 60°. Ordered 4 crullers, and it was like they had been sitting in a refrigerator.
I also ordered a light roast coffee. Waited 5 minutes for it, and was about to be handed a decaf.
Finally I get my non decaf coffee, get home, put the cup to my mouth, and scalding hot coffee covers my shirt and pants. The lid was not secured, which I usually check, but seriously?
Great job guys, keep it up.

Great quality, as with all Dunkin Donuts, of course. I was very impressed with the staff. I had an unfortunate thing happen, but the owner and subsequently the staff were great when responding. Everybody (customers and employees) can have a bad day, it’s what happens after that matters- and these guys excelled!

Awful experience. We ordered online and the whole order was messed up. We had gotten medium iced coffees with flavor shots but received just black coffee even though we payed for the flavor shots. Not very happy. Could not enjoy our coffees.

Never had a good experience with Dunkin’ and this store is no better. It took 30 minutes to get one coffee and 2 sandwiches. When I asked about the sandwiches they said they lost the ticket and that they weren’t making it at all. After just looking at me for awhile it took the manager to tell them to just make them. Waste of time and waste of money.

My wife ordered coffee and donuts for Nurses Week the day prior and the order was not ready when we got there in the morning. Staff was short with her and told her she’d just have to wait. She had to go to work without coffee for her nurse coworkers and I had to come pick up the rest of the order a half an hour later because the staff was not prepared.

I needed a bit of comfort breakfast in my world that day and Dunkin reminds me of home sometimes. They were slammed and had a few customers unable to go along with their expo and grabbing everyone’s orders to check names while the expo pair was clearly calling out names and order numbers as they became ready. Some ppls (very much adult) children. SMH. But the expo team wasn’t phased and orders came fast and at least in my case properly assembled, packaged and in my hands without me even having to share my hands with 3 other customers bags.

I enjoyed my bacon egg n cheese croissant sandwich, Boston Kreme donut and cold brew with sweet cream cold foam at an outdoor table, people watching and being happy I was flying solo that morning. Thank you Dunkin crew for getting through that onslaught of unruly, ill-mannered and entitled customers and feeding me (and everyone else) their favorite weekend treats with a quickness and a smile too. As a service industry vet (ret.), I woulda struggled to keep a friendly game face through that. Kudos to that whole crew!

I looove Dunkin. Most the time the coffee is heavenly but one out of every 5 days it tastes like burnt water. But all of the employees here are amazing and sweet and kind and deserve raises. They’re always willing to remake it if it’s not right

Waited 20 min for donuts, coffee with cream, hash browns and a bagel sandwich. I feel like no one was trained there where’s the manager? Or lead? I feel bad for them do better Dunkin.

I was excited about having a fresh donut. Upon going inside I found they had a pretty big menu. I had to search for the donuts. I ordered “snacking bacon” and a donut. The bacon was very stingy, extremely thin & greasy & the bag was maybe half full. The picture was taken after i took one maybe 3 inch piece of bacon out. The donut was ok. I’d pass on dunkin donuts next time.

This Dunkin has a nice vibe. It’s very new and renovated. I was visiting a store across the street so I had parked there but I’m not sure where I’d park if I was just going to Dunkin. There’s no drive thru either.
