I met with them at the Gilbert Farmers Market. I was drawn in by their colorful product. I purchased the birthday brownies to celebrate my birthday. These are not only the best gluten free dessert I’ve had, but one of the best desserts in general. I’m not a huge fan of sweets, but I will definitely go out of my way to purchase from them again. 10/10 recommend!

Their package of brownies were so undercooked. I had to actually bake them in the over to get them to not be nearly raw. As for the stuffed cookies, the part where the oreo cookie is baked in was just overly sweet. This is my 2nd time giving this bakery a try and I am sad to say, I will not be a customer again. 2 stars for being vegan and gluten free but those are really the only positives. I hate leaving this because I love supporting vegan companies but I’d rather spend my money on Sojo’s Donuts and their cinnamon buns.

Funshine NEVER disappoints. Delivery is always on time or early (the fact that they even offer delivery??? THE BEST), and I haven’t tried anything on their menu that I didn’t love! Even if you aren’t vegan or gluten free, this small business is one to support ASAP.
