This is a delicious little spot in the Hampden area. The staff are nice and very helpful. I ordered a regular latte and a golden milk and both were very good. The espresso they use is really nice and has a pleasant dark flavour but not too earthy. The shop itself is in a very old building and it has a nice vibe to it when walking in. From the old stone walls and wooden floors to the records they play, it’s an overall great place to grab coffee. I have had some of their savoury and sweet pastries they offer and they are very tasty. I recently had linch and ordered a beef drip which was so good. Overall great place.

Good coffee, great food. But no where to eat it. Very limited space w Covid restrictions (this was a month ago so maybe they’ve since been lifted), but we had to eat in our car. We had the Kale pesto sandwich and breakfast sandwich, both were good (esp the kale). Will come again if I can avoid peak hours!

Can I start with the perfect biscuit egg sandwich with greens or the flavors in the cardamon mocha late? Or maybe the selection of vinyl records that are played that are perfectly curated for the space? The list can go on and on! If you haven’t tried Artifact place it on your list right now and enjoy!

A hidden gem! We were looking for a local coffee shop near our air B&B and came across this place. Funny enough we drove past this location multiple times before and didn’t realize it was a little cafe! They had some shaded options for sitting outside and inside seating. I had a breakfast sandwich and a latte and everything tastes good.

Unusual and wonderful,
This is one of those places that I will be back to you for sure. Wonderful hand poured coffee. Delicious oatmeal and breakfast sandwiches!

I am always looking out for breakfast places in Baltimore. Unfortunately there aren’t many great spots. But finally I found one. We came here from the city and it was totally worth it. The Vietnamese spiced coffee was very different but delicious. The latte was fine, they should provide almond milk option as coffee generally doesn’t go too well with oat/soy milk. Try their egg and cheddar sandwiches, we wonder if they used Ghee to bake their sandwiches as they were absolutely delicious. I am gonna come here a lot of times.

My husband and I hosted our rehearsal dinner Friday, 9/9 at Artifact Coffee and the evening could not have been more perfect. Communicating with Jolanta was seamless from the very beginning. She was quick to respond to questions and helped us personalize a menu based on what our tastes are and what our guests would enjoy, especially with several vegetarians in attendance.

A few hours before, we dropped off some items to be used for setting up our dinner–some photos of us, place cards that also served as gifts for our guests, candles, flowers, and special champagne glasses for the bride and groom. That took only a few minutes and we were off for our rehearsal. When we arrived at the venue at 6:30pm, everything was set up so beautifully and perfectly. The venue itself is so rustic, cozy and quaint that it does not need much more decor, but the fact that we could bring our own flowers and candles not only cut down on costs, but helped make it more personal to us and our style. There is also plenty of parking which is a huge plus.

The service staff is so kind and friendly! They immediately began pouring us champagne. When choosing our menu with Jolanta, we told her we only wanted to serve wine and beer to try and keep the night a bit more tame since we all had a big day Saturday. This was totally honored and easy to maintain. For the appetizers we chose the Cheese Board: local artisanal cheeses, seasonal fruit, house-made preserves, honey, house baked crackers, and sourdough toast, as well as the Sweet Potato, Lettuce-Wrapped, Honey Ginger Soy. The staff kept everything moving and helped us stay on schedule. We sat down for salad and bread, and they served the Grissini & whipped ricotta and the Green Salad, Seasonal Berries, Local Nuts, Herb Vinaigrette.

For the main course, we chose two dishes that were served family style: Whole Roasted Chicken , garlic pan sauce and the Home made pasta, seasonal vegetables, white wine butter sauce. The sides were the Roasted Summer Vegetables with Rosemary & Garlic and the Salt Roasted Potatoes. Jolanta let us swap out certain veggies to ensure that we served what we preferred! For dessert, we did the sundae bar which came with a variety of toppings.

All in all, the food was absolutely delicious. Honestly some of the best food I have ever had. So fresh and appealing. Everyone was raving about it, and definitely appreciated the family style option. Wine was constantly served and our glasses were never empty. I will be sure to recommend Artifact Coffee to all my friends/contacts in the area to host their special events!

My new little spot! lol this cafe reminds me of home (San Francisco Bay Area). The ambiance is rustic, farm to table type of vibe with a cool seasonal menu. I was greeted by the baristas immediately upon entering and was rang up swiftly. I ordered the Moroccan Iced Coffee (that was so good I got a 2nd one!) and Ham Jam breakfast sandwich pictured below. Both were delicious. The wifi is fast, the music is great, it’s clean, spacious and tucked away from loud streets. The perfect place to sit and work on your laptop while enjoying breakfast. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

My first real coffee experience. I had no idea how good it could be. The Guatemalan was exquisite! I also had a fantastic breakfast sandwich that I don’t remember the name of. Lefty or something
