Good coffee & donuts, but, no drive thru. The Baskin Robbins ice cream they secretly have inside, is good, as well. This place gets a decent amount of business. When I go in, it’s always a decent amount of people seated, using the wo-fi. It’s not the clean in the inside. It’s never clean, actually. And, do not stop here if you have an emergency restroom break. The bathroom condition will make you ‘hold it’
But, at least them coffee and donuts are good!

A worker here, Kendall, I always see her working and picking up slack around the store. Even still she manages to keep good conversations with customers—great conversationalist while simultaneously getting a order together! Honestly does more work than what her (what I assume) minimum wage paying job pays for, slip her a raise!

Coffee tasted watered down, glazed donut tasted old and was not sweet what’s so ever, totally not the norm as I am a DD’s regular but different locations. This location could also use a deep cleaning, looks very grungy. Staff was very pleasant.

I went to get some ice cream tonight and they had already closed at 645p when they are supposed to be open until 7p. Come on! At least wait until the time posted before shutting the doors!!!

I spent 20 minutes trying to pick up a mobile order. I was ignored repeatedly when inquiring about my drink. The person behind the counter often walked away after I asked a question. When I finally received my coffee order for a latte, it was not a latte at all but plain coffee. I will never return to that location again.

Messed up my vegetarian order then just took the meat off and made me pay full price for the meat I didn’t even eat.

Came into this location today ask for a black hot coffee with four lemons on the side I was given lemon juice “I was told they didn’t have any lemon which should of been told when placing the order” so I asked if I could just have two sugar and one cream she told me it was sugar already inside why? When it was suppose to be black and then try to give me creamer on the side to make myself horrible service they never seem to understand what you are ordering and pushing off horrible service
