The dude behind the counter made my friend a flavorless smoothie, then tried to charge me $2 over the price on the menu for a pizza bagel (after tax). When I calmly said, “That math doesn’t check out.” He said that he was a franchise, so I had to pay more than the price on his menu board. I said that he could keep it then, he responded by cursing at me. We left.

Been going to Winchell since I was a kid in the 80’s. A trust worthy name in the donut business.
I always looked for the yellow rounded triangle to get my hot chocolate.
Coffee is super good now that I’m an adult

they make them right there where you can watch. Ton of flavors very tasty and entertaining

They are serving homeless customers without a mask on their face. I also was treated unfairly. The owner touch my donuts with her gloves instead of using something to pick up my donuts with. The same gloves she touched the money with. I reported this to the health department.

Customer service was terrible I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and avocado there was no avocado on my Bagel The wheelchair accessibility is very poor I do not recommend this shop go somewhere else especially if you’re in A wheelchair
