The place got a nice upgrade but they should’ve also upgraded their workers. They’re rude and always have a problem with people for no reason. Today I ordered a meal on the app, show up 15 minutes later and the only thing they had made was my coffee. I would understand if they were busy but no one else was there. Im gonna start back driving over to the Powerline location. It’s out of the way but they always get my order right and act normal towards customers. Not like someone’s ready to pick a fight with them.

It was a very busy time. I felt they were trying to do the best they could given the number of staff. I got there a little after 11 AM on Monday. The reason for the 4 stars, which should actually be 3 1/2, is that the woman working the window was having a temper tantrum, throwing things down and yelling. I was glad I came inside.

On my days off we go to Dunkin for Breakfast.
Today was not cool at all !!!
They tell us to park and we have to wait more o less 4 minutes. NOT GOOD !!!

We spended 30 minutes in lane, the worse part of the waiting was to heard your employee complaining about been working on Sundays, ( he was wearing a Miami Heat Jacket ) Manager didn’t do anything about it. ( Donovan )

This location moves pretty fast for drive thru. Now if you come inside, you may have to watch plenty of employees carrying on conversations instead of making your order. You may see an employee just staring at you. Honest to God though, I’ve never had a bad order from here, so thank you. I would keep the side conversations to a minimum though, it looks and is very unprofessional. Also 8:30-10am is rush hour. There will be a long drive thru line. They’re great at making the right orders so if you hv time, it’s worth the wait:)

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, simple bacon egg n cheese on everything bagel toasted, got the bagel and its toasted but I recv’d a sausage egg n cheese and insides are ice cold, as if they didn’t even bother you warm up the food before giving it to me. Extremely disappointed. Wrong order and ice cold??? Not a good way get ur day started……

1/3 of my latte was foam, I had to wait in a parking spot nearby that wasn’t marked for drivethru to get the rest of my order, and the one managing the drive thru was not on point. Personally I blame the management from what I saw and I will never be going back. Bad training and a bad system.

Bro I just ordered 2 separate orders at 2 seperate times with the same exact donuts. Both times i recieved every other donuts besides what I ordered. I got nothing that was ordered and no one answered the phone or anything.

I have mixed feelings about DD; I love the coffee, but hate the food. I love the convenience and perks from the app, but hate how out of sync it is with the many locations I frequent… My #1 preference is a large machiato with skim milk and only 2 pumps of French Vanilla flavor! There’s one really important thing, there was an employee at one of the university locations that saw me during a huge breakdown, took me to talk in private, shared her story which really encouraged me, gave me a free dozen and later helped me search door to door for my runaway teen… My DD ANGEL…..

New:To add to this: They need to go through a course of customer service. I don’t see myself coming here anymore.
1Month Old: I’m not sure if they are under staff or not, but I’ve given them many chances. The wait is toooo long for on the go or drive-thru. Also light(less) ice mean less not standard ice. I just got this and did not feel like returning it given that I wait awhile for it and I was thirsty.. That’s a standard amount of ice…No ice next time.
