I was introduced to the cheerful CFO Monica.
Steve the sales person is most informative, pleasant to do business with.
Kaitlyn another Administrator assistant walk us around to see some of the other outstanding jobs they are working on.
I was most impressed with the cleanness of the job site and how informative the employees were on the questions I had.

I’m really at a loss of words when it comes to talking about Concession Nation. My wife and I, like many, during the pandemic, said enough is enough and it’s time for us to do something for ourselves. I left my job in corporate America to help our son with Autism. Not knowing what his future would hold, we wanted to start our BBQ business in hopes he would have something for his future. Concession Nation helped us make that happen!!
I was amazed at their designs for Food trucks and Trailers when I looked at their website. They truly looked for every nook and cranny of space to utilize for whatever was wanted and/or needed. Keith Brown was our sales person and the experience from the very beginning was excellent. After having multiple consultations and quotes, Keith and Concession Nation were the only ones who ever took the time and patience to understand what our needs truly were. Keith worked with me over multiple phone calls and helped send me different designs to discuss.
Keith really took the time to work with me and never once pressured me into anything I did not want and/or need.
He came with industry experience and knew the advice to give and was very accepting to our own ideas which is more than i can say for a lot of people we spoke with. I’m amazed at the pride that gets in the way with some in this industry…NOT Keith or Concession Nation. They provided all processes in house. We additionally had our wrap done in house. After all said and done, my wife and I flew out to their facility in which we met with every staff that had been in touch with us…Steve, Larry, Bianca and Kaitlyn. All were amazing to us and welcomed us with open arms.
They showed us the facility and most importantly, our BBQ trailer and it was everything we could have imagined and more. We are more than appreciative of the hard work and dedication to our project and others. We can only pray to expand even further with Concession Nation.

Wonderful Product, our trailer exceeded our expectations and the full customization was perfect for our set up requirements. Once received, we knew we made the right choice, the trailer fit and finish, functionality and materials were excellent and the unit was definitely well built – better than expected. The customer service is excellent, from day one to delivery and 7 years later, they still treat us with the best class and service. CN delivered this unit for us to Toronto Canada. The only mistake we made is not buying 3 of them…..

Concession Nation starting with Keith Brown. Keith is one of the most professional salesmen I have ever dealt with. This man gets it, when you are trying to explain what you want. Keith listened and got what we wanted to fit our budget to the tee.
After the planning and sending in the money down we were put in contact with Bianca who in my opinion is the the face of Concession Nation. Bianca is great at her job and kept us informed of our status at all times. She made the paperwork process easy for our front office and was ALWAYS professional. Our company was started on a dream just like Concession Nation was with Alex and Monica Gonzalez. With that being said, Concession Nation made us feel like family and they value helping your business grow. As for any issues, not really. When we first Monica she was so very happy that we chose them to build our trailer. Monica and Alex welcomed us as if we were in their own home. When we first saw our trailer, we were amazed! It was better than expected and the graphics team is a top notch crew that made us so happy. When we saw our logo on both sides we were over joyed with tears because we have come so far to get to this point. Thank you for being apart of our business. Great job crew!
