You get what you pay for. Pricey but good quality throughout the store. Very clean, well run and spacious. I heard the Waitrose gave £4k of turkeys out as food parcels over Xmas. From this store alone. Good for them, if not for turkeys

Such a relaxed shopping morning. Start off with delicious breakfast treat at lovely cafe area. Follow by walking around wide aisles stacked with such interesting, more unusual items, next to that which we are used to seeing. Great, smooth service at checkout. Finish off with cooling drink (non alcoholic) before looking at large range (for a supermarket store) of outdoor plants/shrubs. Drive out of car park and for me, very shortly, onto motorway and home to Bromsgrove. Happy shopper

Today, whilst loading my car, a very nice bottle of wine fell out of my trolley onto the tarmac and smashed – and boy did it smash and glass went everywhere. The response from Dylan (the manager) and Patrick (on task) was beyond exceptional. Not only did they clear up MY mess, but they insisted (despite this being MY fault) that they replace the wine. Incredible…..not sure I know customer service as good as this. Thank you both.
