A gluten free bakery full of delicious goodness that feels super safe for celiacs or those with major sensitivity. Expect a line because the food is outstanding. I love Walker, too! He is so patient as you make your selections and always has a smile. As a frequent flyer there, I’ve gotten to know the place pretty well. Order cakes WEEKS in advance too. I drive about 30 minutes one way here but it is SO worth it especially if you are too lazy to make your own gluten free goodies or if you just want something special.
I love yoga pants cupcakes, strawberry cupcakes, dough muffs, muffins, and the cookie sandwiches (whatever frosting they are using on the cookie sandwiches are just to die for!). Be careful with the brownie bites because you will EASILY over eat those… or maybe that’s just me.
NOTE: Their biscuits and donuts are not gluten free.

Great little bakery. I ended up buying almost $50 in cupcakes. All of them were delicious. Their cinnamon rolls are very good as well. They also offer gluten free items.

Such a delightful little shop with lovely original pastries, sweets, biscuits, and more! Cookies, lemon loaf, cupcakes. Gluten free, dairy free options… and you can’t tell the difference between the regular items and the specialty items, all are incredible! Quaint setting, too.

I tried the Sausage Biscuit last week and felt like it was missing something.
I asked if they could add the Tomato Aioli Sauce that they put on the Chick’n Sandwich and they did and it was AMAZING!!!

Food was great, super small shop, the line was around the corner. We were just passing through Jacksonville and was looking for a gluten-free pastry and coffee shop. The reviews we no lie, the pastry were good. There were regular opinions as well. Wish they served coffee with those pastries. We had to go to another shop for that. Still gave 5 stars cause it was delicious

My absolutely favorite bakery. They have the best gluten free treats!! Also great non-gluten free donuts and cinnamon rolls according to my family. Cookie sandwiches, doughmuffs and the loaves are my absolute favorite. The staff is amazing as well. Sweet Theory is my go-to for any special occasion ❤️
