This place is absolutely incredible! They did my graduation cake and it was so beyond perfect and just what I wanted! It was a two tier yellow cake with almond frosting and fondant covering! So delicious! They also did all the cookies in the picture! Decoration was adorable and taste was spectacular!

Ordered a graduation cake, sugar cookies (gluten free & regular), and mini gourmet cookies for our daughters party. Everything was delicious but the gourmet cookies stole the show!!! I am still getting asked about those days later!
Everything was ready on time and the process was seamless!!! Highly recommend ordering anything/everything from Delightful Bites!!!

Terrible miscommunication….terrible customer service…..I should have been mindful of the the reviews. Got the cake home for my son’s graduation party and the tassle was so heavy it broke the hat. It’s a very busy time for graduates so we don’t have time to bring the cake back for them to fix it!!!! Do yourselves a favor and choose a different bakery if you want to spend 120.00 for sub par work!

This cake was just – all around – not the vibe. I usually try not to leave bad reviews, but it’s the fact that I called this place and told them my concerns, they said they’d call back, and didn’t.. that’s the reason I’m leaving this review. First off, the cake looked so far off from my picture. It just wasn’t clean. It was a messy job. It looked like it got put together last minute. Second of all, I called like a week before picking up the cake to change JUST THE FROSTING to chocolate. I even confirmed with that lady I was on the phone with. I asked “the cake is strawberry, right?” She said, “yes.” I got my cake, it was all chocolate with vanilla frosting. This cake was for my wife who very much dislikes chocolate cake. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, precise, on point cake. (P.S. the first picture is what I wanted, the rest are what I got).

The Lack of detail paired with poor customer service makes for this poor review. The one star is because the cake was okay in flavor. As an artist I wonder if they are actually satisfied with the product they give to customers…? I don’t have all the photos on my phone but we ordered two cakes. Both cakes were disappointing compared to the photos we provided. They said they couldn’t see the details in the photo but when the person making a cake is provided a tiny thumbnail photo I guess that’s to be expected. I would recommend printing the photos people send LARGE so that you can clearly see what they want because it’s obvious the notes taken did nothing. Otherwise a phone call could have cleared up some things up….. if you want a basic cake you won’t be too disappointed with the flavor. But if you want an over the top cake this is not the place to get it from. I will say I’ve observed they are better at piping than they are with fondant designs.

We ordered a birthday cake for my son and it was so delicious. It was very tastefully decorated and was just scrumptious. If you are looking to wow your guests or family with a great cake, you should give this store a call. Very tasty. We will order another cake in June for my older son’s birthday.

I get my cakes here every year. They even made my wedding cake. I’m so disappointed with the quality of my birthday cake. I was told they did the best they could and that I wouldn’t receive a refund. This is the ugliest 80 dollar cake.Sharon should have never left!

I am very disappointed with my cake.
First of all, my requests were not done even though they charge me more for my request. It seemed like the decorator did not even read requests. Four days before pick up, the lady called me and said she cannot write number 2 on the side and wondering if she can do on the top of the cake. My request was number 2 on top of the cake standing. Not on the side.
When I went to pick up the cake, I was very disappointed. Number two was laying on top of the cake. I requested dripping looking like ice cream melting, it wasn’t done. I was told the name would have done on the white square background fontanel to make it stand out and put on the side but that wasn’t done. When I paid more for those request. It was about $80 for 6 inch cake.
Because decorators left already for the day, Staff helped to get it fixed. They printed number 2 on the paper and used a straw to make it stand. They make strips to look like dripping. It was better and i thank them. But still I paid $10 for paper number 2 and $10 for strips for dripping. Not to mention, the name wasn’t unable to get it fixed. I had to wait 40minutes. Overall, the cake wasn’t clean. It was messy. It was messy after removing number two, which was laying on. I asked to cover with sprinkles and staff added sparkles to make it better. Staff tried her best. I appreciate them.
Staff told me her manager would call me to refund some money but I have not received a call.
It is very dissapeointng experience.
