The coffee is amazing. So creamy and buttery like my cats butt. And they were so kind to give me a thiccc bannana loaf. Uggghhh it was so good. There were so nuts on it. Very good. But my only complaint is I waited 25 minutes. But the coffee is good so yeah. Plus the building looks very modern it had a very nice sleek design. It reminded me of this one in Nashville I went to. 10/10

Ordered two drinks at this location, the frozen was crafted correctly, the hot drink was incorrect. When we bought it to the barista’s attention, she gave push back stating it had to be crafted that way to stay hot. We specifically requested no foam and 60% was foam. It took 15 minutes to get another person to remake the drink because she walked away when we asked to have it remade.
The fun going cashier and second helpful and caring barista, saved this location from getting a formal complaint.

Great for a morning latte! I let them know that they accidentally made my venti a grande, and they were very kind about it and remade it free of charge — thanks so much for giving me a good start to the second day of classes! 🙂

I stopped into this location for a business meeting this morning and I have to say this location is so clean! All the employees are smiling ear to ear! I have never really spent too much time in Starbucks… I’m more of a coffee drinker at home so I don’t really know much about ordering there, lol. Allie was incredibly down to earth. I told her what I usually drink at home and she made a perfect suggestion! Extremely receptive, quick, and a lovely crew to greet you early in the morning!

Service was great but could not make the internet work at all, needed it for a meeting and the poor girl behind the counter tried so hard to help but said they couldn’t get anyone to really fix it. Staff was great. Owner/management not so much for that.

Slow service and impolite staff. I’ve been there more than once to try and give it another chance, but now I drive the extra length to go to a different one and avoid this place. Even in working there at this location 3 years ago, the staff weren’t welcoming at all. I’d hoped that hearing about new management would improve this location’s quality, but in going back recently to see, the service was still slower than any other Starbucks I’ve been to, and the employees’ attitudes weren’t very welcoming.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 4 1/2 years, and this place was the dirtiest that I’ve ever seen it. The napkin / sugar area was filthy, empty coffee cups left lying around…. The place wasn’t that busy, with FOUR employees behind the counter. Really no excuse that at least ONE of them cannot take 10 minutes max to clean……
