I frequent this location for dunkin coffee on Sunday afternoon. Line is long for drive thru almost always. It was 20 mins last week. Need more helpers for the peak times to keep it moving. I give three stars only because the iced coffee 3 times now have been made too strong. Today was surprisingly good finally. Still they need help keeping the line moving.

Asked about a flavor the website had – the guy said they did not have it so asked if they had a similar one and he said no. Asked what flavors they had right now and he rudely said to come inside to see what they had. Then a lady came on the speaker saying they did have the similar one. We ordered that and they came dumped upside down in a bag and the lady did not say a single word besides giving the total. Not very pleased with the customer service – especially since we were the only ones in line at the drive up at the time.

I’ve been here a few times . Customer service is all right . Until tonight when I mentioned that my shake was like chocolate milk she told me it suppose b like that and rolled her eyes up at me. I get down the road and notice they didnt even put bananas in it. When I called the girl said theirs no one I could talk to and b happy to take my name and they will call me back. Last time i was here they just threw topping everywhere and had no care of what it look like or even tasted like I’m going to east peoria for now on

I used my free birthday scoop coupon as an excuse to take my wife and our friend Julia out for ice cream. We had a nice time in a pleasant place with good service. Little did we know that today was national ice cream day!

It’s right on the corner of the road. Parking might be a little difficult if you are new to this area. Good place for a quick bite. They do make ice cream cake right in front of you if you need them immediately. You can sit outside as well, they have benches.

Customer service was not a priority. Both of the workers there got into an argument because the the young man was talking to his buddies instead of handling customers and said that he was taking their order which he was not. I also heard manager from the back yelling at them instead of handling situation calmly and also making sure line of customers were addressed. Very slow service and not enough attention to customers. Very disappointed. Would give less if I could.

I refused to order and just walked out. One employee had her face mask pulled down, the other had her long braids falling into the ice cream buckets and no gloves were being used by either employee. I left utterly grossed out.

Their chocolate malt was TERRIBLE. Was more like chocolate milk, ( did they cut the amount of ice cream to save money??) and the chocolate flavor was very diluted. PLUS they were expensive. I have NEVER been so disappointed with a food product.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but when I can’t even communicate with the employee then how do you expect me to think I’m going to get what I paid for? I wanted a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup (why do I even need to specify I want it made that way with Baskin Robbins, it’s a chocolate shake. There “chocolate shake” is made with chocolate ice cream), and a chocolate dipped donut with sprinkles. When the guy said “chocolate chip shake” and then started listing the variations of shakes I drove off and went to Steak N Shake instead. Very happy with my purchase.
Gentre Weeks
I went to pick up an order at 9:15pm and the store had a sign that stated they were closed. The store hrs listed are not correct. The drive thru had several cars in at because everyone thought this store was still open. Very unprofessional!
