Avoid at all cost this Starbucks!!!! Go to a different one!!!!! Purposely put rubbish in my drink. I get all of Frappuccino double blended because I do not want ice chunks. If that was in a blender it be shredded. Can’t even call the store because you get a dial tone that the number is not connected or that it has been a “busy” line. Just gross!!!!!

Coffee was good, prepared quickly, not many chairs to sit down, place a bit dirty (their floor definitely needs some good cleaning), some posters of locals on walls, not very cozy interior. One of the worst I’ve been to here in USA and Europe. Maybe it would be better just to Drive thru next time.

I have had great service and today as in a few other days, not so great. Sometimes this location is hit or miss. What hit me the wrong way is how the drive thru gal handled the sale. My card declined on a $22 purchase. So its always handled a little awkwardly. This young lady could have been way more pleasant. Instead she treated me very awkwardly. I would have had a smile or at least a positive attitude if this happened. I would tell the customer the register won’t complete the sale. And it could just be the bank have has the account on hold to check with you on purchases…or our register is malfunctioning with your card. That’s what they were doing in my case. This not so nice young lady proceeded to say this usually happens when there is not enough cash to cover the sale and do I have another credit card….like I was trying to get it for free or something…she never smiled once during the sale. I told her i had at lljust been paid and it is a fine balance. She seems pretty young and wears a braid in her brownish hair with highlights and glasses…is fairly thin body build. I hope you all have a better experience than I did….

Walked inside this location to get a drink. The floors were all dirty tables were full of left over pastries they served. The barista that takes orders was just on her phone while the two others working drive through were working really hard. She gave us attitude ordering. We got there around 2:30 p.m. June 29th, 2022 and waited for one drink that we got until 3:15 p.m. Just glad they are opening dutch bros right next to them.

I’ve boycotted this company recently in the past, based on their political ignorance. However, I see the hypocritical tide turning. They still make a good cup of coffee. A bit expensive, for house drip, which requires no barista skills whatsoever. Let’s work on that!

Coffee is good but the store front/parking lot is littered with lots of trash and over. The drive thru is normally decent. Small shop compared to others.

This store knows what they’re doing 95% of the time, but that 5% is if “Star” is working the drive-thru then your drink will definitely be incorrect since she always has an attitude problem and most likely doesn’t care what buttons she’s pressing when you order ♀️ The rest of the staff are great though!

The line is always long BUT I have never had a bad experience at this starbucks. The coffee is always tasty, service is always friendly and I have gone through at different times of the day so I know it’s not just one shift. They have an excellent team!
