Tried for first time today and will say I really enjoyed their take on bacon egg and cheese sandwich through “kolache” form. The bread itself not as good as dedicated kolache shops, but the flavor balance was great.

I had a cheese and jalapeño kolache (sp?) And it was a thick heavy bun with a tiny hot dog inside. I was less than impressed.
