First time coming here and it did not disappoint. The donuts were great and the kolaches too. Best to get the glaze while they are hot. The people were super nice.

This is our go to place for Krispy Kreme before going back to Corpus Christi whenever we visit San Antonio. ROBYN provided the best customer service last night. She greeted us upon entering the store, gave us the donut sampler, and explained to us the special deals for the day. She was very professional, polite, and provided an overall Outstanding customer experience to me and my family. She’s a true asset to Krispy Kreme and definitely deserves a special recognition!!!

This place went up in price like any other business, but obviously there quality in taste and the amount of icing you get went down. This doesn’t look like the pictures on there menu. Please fix this ASAP…!!!

Update:
I went to this Krispy Kreme on 15 August 21 for a revisit. They were out of the raspberry filled donuts . However, they did have their new signature promtional donuts the smores.
However, everytime I visit this Krispy Kreme they seem to always be out of some type of donut. I know its more later in the evening. However, I would recommend to management to update their production schedule to supply the demand of the rasberry filled donuts. Lastly, the staff was nice and made alternative recommendations that worked out in the end.
I increased the experience from three to four stars.

This was an average experience. Although I went to this location in the evening they were almost out of all donuts. I almost decided to leave but ended up purchasing a dozen.
This location needs to do a better job with managing stock throughout the whole day. Customers in the morning should be just as important as customers in the evening.
Also, they need to bring back the powdered strawberry donuts as a normal item. I don’t know why they got rid of it but its one of the reasons I stopped going to Krispy Kreme all together.

the cold coffee machine or capability has been down each time I go there x 3 so far, in a period of 3 months. Otherwise, donuts are great, there is never a line when i have gone in the a.m. in and out is always good.

Got lucky enough to catch them with the neon red Krispy cream light on….if u don’t know what that means….well it means every person that goes when that light is on gets one free fresh off the grill glazed donuts…..if u have never had one …ur life is incomplete….great place great donuts everytime!!!

Saw the HOT FRESH DONUT SIGN on and it was the only time I go. Ordered a dozen hot glazed donuts and was given a box full of cold donuts. Spoke with manager because cashier Sargent said that they were cold because it was cold inside. Spoke with manager Michelle and she said “ we pulled the fresh ones to decorate them but Guaranteed the cold donuts were fresh. I told her the only reason I stopped was because her red sign that lets u know that they are serving HOT donuts was on. Got my money back and said I was very disappointed in the betrayal.
