I started taking my family here once a month beginning last year. This Shipley’s Donuts is well-run and the staff is very friendly. The prices are fabulous and the quality of the donuts and kolaches are excellent. My sons and family all are always asking to come here all the time. The staff remember us & their customers.They make sure that we have a wonderful experience and they are mindful of my little ones. Always be on the lookout for coupons on the mail because the deals are great. I am really thankful for the the quality cuter service and the products that they offer. What a fantastic place and absolutely friendly. The doughnuts are out of this world, with the flavor combo of cream and chocolate one of the best we have ever tasted. They make their doughnuts fresh daily!

I ordered about 7 items 1 item was a beverage today through grubhub and I get there and the cashier tells me that their out of several items I ordered and basically told me too bad can’t do anything about. I paid about $13 plus I left a $2 tip and all I got was 3 pieces of bread. They had all kinds of donuts and other bottled drinks. They could’ve tried to refund me what I wasn’t abled to get or tried to replace the items with other items they did have available. I get it we’re all going through a rough time with this winter storm but come on now if it was an honest mistake and didn’t have the items available I would at least try to refund the person or try to replace the items with what was available. FIRST AND LAST TIME ILL EVER GO THERE!! And I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
