It’s Publix it’s always great. That is what I love about this grocery store… Every location people are nice, helpful, and ask if you need help. It’s a lost art that they are definitely keeping alive.
Also curbside is so easy. Lately the app has been kinda wonky but 9/10 it’s pretty seamless.

Did I ever mention that the Publix chicken is probably some of the best chicken you could ever have? I probably have not mentioned that yet. It is so incredibly delicious and I would recommend that you get the rotisserie chicken in a heartbeat. So I come here quite frequently the staff is always friendly and the food is always good so I really can’t complain. They have a good selection of options and they do tend to be relatively well stocked. Considering they’re proximity to my house, I will absolutely be coming again.

I went in for one item and grabbed a few more. I decided to get some soup for dinner. Zachary in the deli noticed my balancing act and walked over with a shopping basket. Then after I closed up my soup he offered to wrap it up so it would travel home well. Thank you Zachary.
Every employee I encountered was super friendly and pleasant.

Just went in for dry ice, from what I saw it looked really clean and shelves stocked. Definitely recommend using dry ice! Kept frozen fruit and veggies solid for 3.5 days in a good cooler, even froze some blackberries solid after a hour or so.

Love this store. Stopped in to get an Italian sub. These sandwiches are so good. But the best part was the server named Toni. Her kindness, her customer service and the joy and pride she takes in her job is immeasurable. What a blessing she was and it’s this kind of customer service that will keep me shopping there. Way to go Publix…and more importantly, thank YOU Toni for YOUR service!

The Madison St Publix is on the Medium side good when you compare it to the Publix on Tiny Town.
Not all publix are created equal.
The Produce Department was small, Meat Department small, Deli was over the top. But being a Chef, I required more of the other Departments. Sorry guys! Tiny Town is still tops!

Love the quality, quantity, and variety of products available. Publix seems to be the only store not affected by shortages of products and staff. Top notch customer service is standard practice here. Basic items are very inexpensive.

I love everything about this store except for 2 things….a)they’re expensive, and b) oddly, it seems like ALL the employees that work self checkout are always grumpy and gudgy…..smiling and friendliness should be required,. Lol. This is. A great store though
