The baristas spent more time talking eith their friends at the window than helping customers. Employees were rude to employees and condescending. Very unprofessional. Store was also kinda dirty.

Everything was great when this location first opened but the quality and consistency has gone way downhill. I always get a cold brew with flavor and cream but it’s literally a different drink every time. I’ve ended up throwing many away because quite honestly they taste gross. It’s either watery, sickening sweet, too much or too little cream, or not enough ice which melts immediately and waters it down even further. There’s a running joke that Dunkin’ coffee’s either taste amazing or like dish water (and you never know which one you’re going to get) and unfortunately that is true for the Montgomery location.

had a great experience, i definitely don’t agree with all of the one star reviews. customer service was great, I asked to have my drink remade because the ratio of hazelnut syrup to vanilla syrup was off. this young lady-hutton, i made sure to ask her name-was more than happy to remake the drink and reassured me that it was no problem. such a breath of fresh air, most people get surly the second i bring um the syrup ratios. (Some people say it’s particular but i’m a paying customer too!) Anyways, this

Everything tastes burnt. I seriously thought I smelled a fire when I bit into the bagel bites that I pulled over to smell my car. Wasn’t the car. It was the chemical smell in the bagel. The breakfast sandwich had burnt edges, the hash browns had charred bits, the coffee tastes burnt. Also the “less ice” on the iced coffee means that only half the cup is ice. I might try again the future just in case they had a really bad kitchen day.
Edit: donut tasted normal. No burnt taste.

Most of my experiences here have been similar to others. Most recently, I was the only customer in the drive thru, and my order (1 sandwich) was made incorrectly after I confirmed both at the drive thru and at the window. When I came inside to have the order fixed, the employee insincerely said “we’re human, we make mistakes” and walked away. Yes, mistakes happen, but that’s not an excuse for poor customer care and a consistent streak of incorrect orders. I have multiple times had to instruct a barista how to make my drink (an americano, and a chai with espresso). They really need staff that are more detailed/knowledgeable, consistent, and professional. If you want quality service and ensured accuracy for your coffee and food orders, I’d suggest driving a little further up Montgomery Road.

Rolled up at 10:20 and the line is completely empty. I order my food and the employee gets my order wrong, so I repeat myself. She clarifies and is still wrong. I restart my order and say everything, this time she repeats it back correctly. Took 3 times to clarify, which normally is fine, but I got my food and SHE RANG IT UP WRONG. There was no one in line, no rush, there was no excuse to mess up 1 simple croissant.

I drink a ton of Dunkin’ Donuts all throughout Ohio and Michigan. Every time I visit this location I tell myself I won’t go back. Routinely the worst Dunkin coffee. I am not sure if they always have old coffee or water it down or have bad tap lines, but over 10 times and every time it’s terrible.

I went here today and they gave me all a donut and coolatta free!!! Though, I tried the Vanilla Bean coolatta and they changed the recipe so it doesn’t taste as good. I recommend you switch the the Blue Raspberry.
