I’ve been going to this location lately rather than the one on Taylor Ave due to the road work. I feel the breakfast sandwiches are better at this location. However, the customer service has been hit or miss lately. You have people at the window who barely want to open their mouth to greet you. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other location. There are too many other options, I don’t think I’ll be going back to this one especially since it seems like the manager allows this to happen.

Best Dunkin Donuts in the area! I visit every day before work. The employee’s are always very nice, they have never messed up my order and always fast service!

Eeeehhhhh this location doesn’t follow directions for mobile orders. Some reason it’s hard for them to remember to add sugar I guess the other sentiments of treatment for certain people is correct. Sometimes there’s a good morning (whatever time is) sometimes it’s just a hmmhmm (especially one of the driver thru girls, very dry, nonchalant personality, blonde girl). The Belair road county location is better and they don’t forget the sugar.

Just stopped in to get a coffee and sandwich. Excellent service very quick and Emma at the window was amazing smiling and very well spoken. What a pleasure and a breath of fresh air she is. Will be back.

The drive thru is efficient and speedy most days. The earlier the better as once the AT&T store opens the lane cuts the parking area an can be a bit tight. It’s definitely the better drive thru option than the location at Perring Parkway and Taylor Ave which is a nightmare to get in and out of and the drive thru lane is a very tight squeeze.

I love the servers! They are so kind and friendly. A few times when they seem to have a lot of cars in the am, things don’t seem as detailed as when i come in the afternoon. A few times my sandwich isn’t hot all the way through, same with bagel not all the way toasted and a few times my tea has had a coffee taste. I’d rather sit in the line a bit longer and my food be totally hot then rushing and it not be as good. See the manager on site a lot. She runs a good location.
