Naas Bakery Reviews

This place is truly awesome. It smells great. The staff truly care about you enjoying the experience there. Highly knowledgeable on their baked goods. I got one of their little piggie cakes, an apple fritter the size of my head, German Chocolate Cake, and a whole coconut custard pie for my girlfriends birthday. They were all wonderful and quite delicious. If you’re looking to try something bomb, I personally would suggest their German Chocolate cake. Anyone with a sweet tooth should try this place for sure.

I’m not gonna lie the shop is in such a sketchy area…but its soooo worth it.

Stopped in as a first time customer and got two dozen assorted doughnuts and cookies for my coworkers.

I am not a doughnuts fan which is why I got the cookies. But lemme tell you, I’m switching teams! These are the best doughnuts I’ve ever had.

They aren’t overdone with sugar, they’re dense, they’re fluffy, they’re absolutely perfect!

This place is a legit bakery. Like fresh from scratch, only make what they can sell stuff doesn’t sit on a shelf for days, you better get there early if you want to get a donut! If you call the day before they will make to order for you. They also have delicious cakes, pies and pastries!
If there’s a line down the sidewalk you know it’s good!
Update
April 2022 they have hot cross buns available until Easter. You can pre-order them too

It’s our new Saturday morning tradition to stop at this awesome bakery. The staff is so kind and patient with our toddler. The donuts are DELICIOUS (cinnamon and massive glaze pretzel are our favorites.) the price is so economical – four of us have our donut fill for $10.

Simply a great bakery! Doughnuts and pasteries hand made, like grandma used too! Big, filling portions at a great price, baked by people who love what they do and put that love into their passion. My children ask to have “breakfast” from here for their birthdays, holidays and days ending in “Y”.

I’ve been here on a few occasions and the pastries were just dry. I shouldn’t have to take it home and heat it up. I’m on the road and need some good baked items to eat.

Y’all, if you are ever in the mood for a real doughnut… This is your place. I read so many things about this bakery on Facebook and how they sell out very quickly. So I set my alarm for 5am to get there a little before they open at 6am (I live fairly close by). The donuts are HUGE. Like portioned for a giants.

I purchased a butter twist, chocolate eclair, chocolate glazed, regular glazed donut, and 1/4lb of cookies for less than $8.00! I used to love Sugar Shack when they had a location here. It’s been so hard to find a place that makes these kind of doughnuts. I’m so glad I found this place!

Even better- it’s a locally owned mom and pop establishment. The wife is the baker and you will not be disappointed. They are incredibly kind and sweet. And as you can see, exceptionally priced!

Some of the biggest, softest yeast donuts in Hampton Roads! Super cheap, too! The staff is so nice

This is my second time going to this bakery. I came at 12pm the first time and the donuts were completely gone. This time going, I went in at 7am before taking my stepdaughter to school. The donuts are so big and fluffy and the taste to me is good, because it isn’t overly glazed or too sweet, but a nice balance of the donut and glaze. Also, the price that you pay for just one pastry at Starbucks can cost about $5 for a small muffin. But I got 4 huge donuts for less than $8, which is very reasonable in my opinion. If I could give this place a 4.5 star, that would be my honest rating…I’m from Texas originally, and have always been fond of yeast over cake donuts. These yeast donuts are not, in my opinion, the same quality in taste as the ones that I’m used to back home, but I think that this place is definitely the closest thing to the donuts that I used to eat growing up. So all that being said, I’ll definitely be back!

The best donuts I have ever had. Get there early or place your order a day ahead.
