Dunkin’ Reviews

So I get the same thing every time I go there. I get a bagel with cream cheese.

I feel like they may think cream cheese is like butter because everytime I get my bagel there’s the thinnest layer of cream cheese on it. Almost non existent. Even when I ask for extra cream cheese they still short me.

I know they’ll never look at these reviews so I’m not sure what the point is. The employees don’t really care as long as they get paid. Customer satisfaction just doesn’t seem to matter anymore.

You can’t really blame the employees either. This is a quality control issue. The person responsible for training, instilling a sense of urgency, and maintaining consistency in services is at fault.

I worked in a restaurant for years. You make it better by simply taking pride in your work.

This Dunkin is absolute trash, this is the second time I’ve been there and I had hope that it was just a one time mess up but they didn’t even warm up my food all the way. The food was cold like from a cooler cold. The iced coffee I got taste like straight burnt coffee. If I could give no stars I would!

Clean, friendly, very enjoyable, best Dunkin doughnuts I’ve been in, in Virginia

Service was fast and the coffee was good. The menu in drive through, however, was past the speaker and microphone for ordering, which made it difficult to see the menu. It’s a drive through only location.

Dunkin’ Donuts that does NOT have donuts !!

My Sweet tooth was hankering for a donut. So I got out of my comfy chair, struggled to get my shoes on (I have limited mobility), and I struggled to walk with my cane one block up to Dunkin’ donuts. The front door to Dunkin’ donuts was closed and locked at 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon. I can see the employees in the dining area sitting at the table laughing it up having a good time. He tells me to go to the drive-thru window and so I did which is where he told me through the window that we have no donuts. I’m thinking to myself what a waste. I’m thinking to myself as a former businessman that a retail store location with this type of frontage has got to be shelling out at least $2,000 a month just to keep this location open with the lights on (minimum)..

I would think that I would do everything in my power to have the ability to sell whatever I could sell to offset the expenses and running out of donuts is not one of them.

One month later (i.e. yesterday) I was riding as a passenger in my friend’s car and I asked him to go through the drive-thru to see if they had donuts yet and their answer was still;. No, they still do not have donuts.

Wow… This is incredible. My late father would roll over in his grave if he knew this because he told me stories of how he used to carry 50 lb sacks a flower into the first original Dunkin’ donuts in Quincy, Massachusetts during the early 1950s. Quincy, Massachusetts is the neighborhood my father grew up in during the 1940s and 50s just a few miles south of Boston, Massachusetts.

The drive-thru had a long line but they were able to progress through the orders rather quickly. I’ve only stopped here a handful of times and you could easily fit a pickup truck through if you have one. I ordered an everything bagel with avocado spread, they were not so neat in placing the order in the bag and the napkins they included had avocado spread on them already.

Additionally I ordered a vanilla cream donut, it was early in the morning and you would think it was fresh but I think it was at least a day old. I’m only giving it three stars based on the quality of the products.

Kept asking us what we ordered and then got half our order wrong. Turned around and went in to tell them and they took our entire order and threw it away. So they wasted the food and made us wait longer while they remade everything. And this is how they remade the food.

My favorite Dunkin!
Only downside is for some reason mobile ordering doesn’t work here sometimes. But that hasn’t slowed me down on orders. I get through the drive through (no indoor oder or dining as of 25 October 2021) as fast or faster than other Dunkins even when I order ahead.
Coffee is always good and donuts are Dunkin. I’m not a huge fan of their donuts. They are not bad donuts just not my favorite. BUT munchkins…yeah I can always eat about 87 of those little guys!

Warning: This location is “Drive Through Only.” No able to see what is available. Slow progression as they prepare meals and drinks for others while you wait for a dozen of donuts.

Dunkin’ Donuts used to be my favorite before moving to this area. I’ve only been to this dunkin three times but today was the very last time I’ll ever go. You can easily tell the food isn’t fresh. The first time – old coffee with spoiled creamer. Second time, burnt sandwich and they were SO annoyed I returned for a refund. Third time, super cold sandwich and old hash browns.

Starbucks is opening across the street from them though.
