Firstly, they need to get people at the counter who seem to want to work there. Service is awful.
Secondly, I’m a stickler concerning any place that serves food to be clean but allowing dogs in & a peak at one of (or the only one) with no hair net when some people have shedding hair, dandruff (oily or dry skin flakes…awfully gross). Pastries have a blan taste compared to what they used to.
The food choices taste like grocery store cheap choices.
All in all, not a good bakery. I have lived in 8 cities in the US and have visited all but 2 and being a person with a sweet tooth, I have been to more bakeries than I can count. I know what good bakery items should taste like and this baker is far off from being a good one.

We went in to buy menudo and bread and some person with a dog went in to buy stuff. The dag was shedding like most dogs do and he was allowed in anyway. I know people love their pets but not everyone can be around them ,disgusting to allow a pet inside a food establishment when there are people with allergies that can’t be around them.

We just got menudo and the 3 breads are all burnt and we don’t live down the corner either. But if don’t care enough and things like this keep happening then we’ll just go elsewhere! I even took pictures

I used to like going to this bakery, but not anymore, the service is bad, and the bread & food do not teste as good as it used to. They always have new people on the front, and you can tell they clearly do not care to provide good customer service.

Literally the worst service I have ever been given at a bakery. I called to order a cake, nothing special, just a chocolate cake with peanut butter inside and chocolate frosting. I called serval days before hand was told it was all good, they took half up front. The day before I call to verify and they tell me everything is set. I show up and the cake has white frosting, no big deal, they assure me the inside is chocolate and peanut butter. Got to my Dad’s party and when we cut into it it was a basic chocolate cake, no PB. I call and the girl on the phone blamed the bakers and said “I take the orders but can’t control what they do.” So in other words, they just sell you whatever the bakers feel like making you. Stay clear of this place!!!!

The bolillos are the BEST!!! I refuse to go anywhere else, always freshly made and if you go early they are fresh out of the oven!!! Perfect for any time of the day!!

This place is absolutely amazing and the price blew me away. Such a good bang for your buck. I truly thought the desserts would be gross because of how much they were and it honestly blew my mind. 1000% recommend
