I can’t believe we’re losing this Tucson gem! They’ve had the best cakes I’ve ever eaten and this has been my go-to for many years. I’ve recommended this location to many friends and family and they have all fallen in love as I have. Thank you for this beautiful little bakery, you will be so dearly missed ❤

A friend recommended this place for a cake for my son’s graduation from college. We were serving 30 people so I ordered the sheet cake at $88. It seemed worth it for such a special, once in a life time occasion. I was stunned to see how they messed up the cake due to lack of proper packing. The cake was in a too wide of a box with five inches of empty space on either side (even though we drove slow and was careful to secure the box in the trunk, there was no way to stop the cake from sliding around in the box). Even worse was that they made the cake taller than the box, so all the writing was lifted on to the cover. It needed a topper to hold the cover from the cake or a taller box. I called and asked the supervisor and she was super unhelpful. She said she did her best and it’s not her fault. That is the only box they have for the sheet cakes. She assumed zero responsibility even though she admitted the cake didn’t fit into the box. Her answer over and over again is this is how they do it. She offered nothing in terms to make it right. I gave her many suggestions but she kept saying it’s not her problem. I gave her my info for the owner to call me back, which she didn’t. Truly unprofessional and I can’t believe this bakery advertises that they do special events: I don’t like to harm small businesses but it’s been a week and still no follow up. I included pictures to show how they ruined the cake. I gave an extra star because it tasted great, even though we had an embarrassing cake that didn’t celebrate my son with the words we chose.

This place is phenomenal. Honest to God. If you are looking for fresh bread, fancy cakes, and gourmet desserts you would be doing yourself a disservice not to try here.
We actually found this place by googling some of the cakes on Great British Bake Off, like you do, and this place popped up. They have princess cake, they have opera cake, they have tarte tatin. If you have seen a cake on TV and said “damn that looks good!”, they have it. Everything we’ve tried from here has been incredible.
They do close really early (3:00 pm on most days) but if you can make it out here, do.

One star because lady who answered always puts you on hold and won’t pick up the phone or places you on hold. Unfortunately, could not place an order for a special occasion. After 15 phone calls at different times in the day, the place closed. Had orders in the past and was amazing. Will probably not be a return customer.

The pastry was alright. I was more put off by the service. I asked if they had flan, and they responded why would we have that, this place is not Mexican it’s French.
When she said this I was staring at the Mexican wedding cookies they has displayed proudly……. which are not French……….

FIRST TIME HERE and I will be back many times. Just relocated to Tucson from New Jersey after owing an Italian restaurant… bread out here is not nearly as good as the northeast…
but i found these guys! i am so happy.
