Visited the place after the count down for New Year and oh my… there was a long line for Donut. So you know what is that mean.
Basically a delicious donut shop combines with some Asian favorite drinks. The Green Thai Ice tea is a must-try. I will come back for more and more tea.

This place is an institution for a reason. They’ve been here for decades selling ham and cheese croissants, doughnuts, coffee and many other things. The staff is always friendly, the croissants are far and away the best you can get from a 24 hour place and the price is always right. Is there usually a line? Yes. It should be a testament to why so many other businesses at the pier have come and gone but this place just sticks to what they know and do it well. Cheers, Seaside.

The cronuts are LIFE CHANGING. Why life changing you may ask? Well, it’s my first time having cronuts, and I’ve been dying to try the ones from Dominique Ansel’s bakery in New York. Since I have nothing to compare to, this is my virgin review on cronuts.
The cronuts MELT IN YOUR MOUTH, it was crisp on the outside but when you get that whole bite in your mouth, it literally melts!! Could partially be all that butter a croissant normally contains, but honestly it’s amazing. I’m giving it a 4 stars instead of a 5 plainly because I thought the glazed cronut was wayyy too sweet. The chocolate glaze wasn’t as sweet, but overall can be less sweet imo. However, I grew up in a household not big on sugar so my review is slightly biased (I drink boba with 0% sugar for reference).
The ice coffee is decent too. There were no dining area right outside the bakery, but it would have been something great to have since it’s a 24 hour bakery.

Good night vibes. Their drinks are large portions. Perfect place to get Thai tea and donuts and just talk by the beach. Open 24/7. The lady working there is really nice and friendly 🙂

Always love getting donuts from seaside. Freshly made with the best ingredients. The cronut was light, flaky, and full of flavor. All the others have yet to disappoint as well.

I really like the green tea donut and the green Thai tea drink. Donuts are freshly made in the kitchen, you can ask for your drink to be less sweet. The line was a little long at night but went pretty fast. Great customer service and they take Apple Pay—which is neat because I only had my phone on me that night.

I’ve eaten countless cronuts over the course of four years at almost every hour of the day. Especially at 3am it always seemed to be the same person working so I made sure to leave a good tip and hope you do the same ! It must be difficult to work weird hours to support the donut addictions of many. !!
I got a cream filled donut this time around but I highly recommend the cronut (comes in glaze, sugar, maple, and chocolate iirc) and green or normal thai tea donuts ! There are also savory croissant options for those who aren’t in the mood for donuts.

Extremely wonderful bakery to come to late night or early mornings!
Their prices are extremely affordable and their goods are yummy!
I always try my best to stop by here whenever I’m close by.
Just be warned, if you do come here late at night, the line is usually a 30 minute wait time. Students nearby love to pick up snacks here!

This place is right by the beach and open 24 hours a day. This is the best place to go to if you’re on a late night beach walk or like surfing early in the morning. Their doughnuts are great and they also have a varied selection of drinks.
