Krispy Kreme Reviews
First time visiting. This visit was on a Friday morning around 8am. I ordered online using Google 30minutes prior to my arrival. When I got there my order was not ready and I was surprised to see that the minis were available in store but not online. Since they have not filled my order yet I requested the minis which they did with no problem. Next time I won’t order online because their inventory in store is not the same as what they have online. I recommend in store visit.
Oddly Krispy Kreme open up shop across the parking lot from a decades old family owned donut shop six years ago in an effort to displace them. That is a gross display of the worst that corporate America brings to our society. Shame on them.
I am glad to report that Sesame Donuts is better than any donut that I have ever had – including KK.
Nice clean place but staff appeared not too concerned with good customer service. Just mindless drones doing the minimum to get through their day. Nothing special here. The donuts were just okay. I’ve had better ones from other locations.
Wow! Good stuff . And the staff is excellent. Especially the young man that helped us. DeShawn was incredibly polite and one the most respectful employees I’ve seen working at any chain store I’ve been to. Excellent choice on whomever hired this kid.
Really welcoming staff member on cashier desk.
Caramel Frappe is better than Starbucks! Doughnuts are fresh and soft, really tasty.
Thank you for a great experience in CA!
Came by because we had a craving for donuts. We figured we’d give it a try. We are always up to find a new favorite spot.
Their patio was dirty with a brown drink caked to the ground and half eaten donuts, cups, and a box were scattered around one table. We enteref and were second in line. There were lots of people making donuts and one guy working the storefront. He went about making coffee ignoring the customer in front of us.
It took about 10 minutes to be served by a grumpy employee who came from the kitchen. He immediately killed our happy Sunday afternoons vibe. The employee tossed our donuts on the counter next to the teller. The guy at the register reinforced the impression that this place was not a happy place. It was like they all just learned they got a pay cut.
After that experience, our families mood was shot.
The donuts where “meh”.
Cleanliness: 1 star
Donuts: 1.5 stars
Customer Service: .5
Needless to say, Krispy Kreme was a huge disappointment.
Time to be put into a sugar coma, in a good way?!? Wide variety of doughnuts, some totally extreme! Very clean and there is that separates the backing area so you can see them making them. If you like fried sugar, it’s hard to go wrong here. Enjoy responsibly. 😉
We come to this location on occasion and I typically order through the app and pick up in the drive through. For the second time now, the donuts have been less than presentable and more importantly, not what I ordered. For instance, this morning, I ordered a “Holiday Dozen” and as you can see by the box that’s not what I received. The one missing donut was a “patty penguin” but the box is basically just an assortment of sprinkles. If you’re out of donuts and can’t fulfill the order, it would be nice if the staff would do the customer the courtesy of just letting them know.
My online order was eventually correct, although they did pass me another clients order of a dozen original glaze. ☺️ I had a custom order of original heart shaped glazed, maple & chocolate. Sad, no dozen as advertised on social media.
Amazing doughnuts taste great good customer service !
