Very clean restaurant. Kids love watching the donuts be cooked and glazed.
This location was really nice and a great experience.
You can get your anytime of the morning fix from 5:30 am – as late as 12 am on Friday and Saturday morning!
Lucas was real awesome and took great care of us and our order!

The 120th location has some workers that might come off a little rude but the donuts are on point!! I love when they serve fresh warm donuts. It’s hard to wait to eat them. I usually end up eating almost half the dozen of donuts in the box before I get home. I know…it’s a fat move but I don’t care. Their donuts are amazing!!

It’s Krispy Kreme. You know what you’re getting The hot fresh donuts are amazing, all the other donuts are pretty to look at but not particularly tasty. If the hot fresh donuts sign is off, go somewhere else.
My daughter loves to eat donuts and watch the automated donut making machinery.
The coffee is way too hot.

@KrispyKreme do better for your customers and your employees. I went to this location to redeem my free birthday dozen, with the email that Krispy Kreme sent proving it, and because the system wouldn’t redeem it in the app the manager said she wouldn’t allow it to be used. As a restraunt manager I also know that the store easily could have afforded to hand out a dozen plain donuts just to make the customers day as a customer opportunity. The manager was not friendly at all and doesn’t give a good impression for the employees by that attitude.

We went through the drive thru yesterday since the lobby was closed, got a dozen donuts, 6 out of the 12 were the wrong donuts. Similar experience the time before about a month ago. Don’t have the time to open the box in the drive thru with customers behind us. Love the taste, however do not appreciate the lack of attention to our orders

You go to a place for years , get to know the people. Company buy out let’s go of the half owners change the hours and all the prices. Please bring back Karen and Jim, and.open at 530 . Now I can’t stop there for goodies on my way to work at 6 am because the hours have changed after 10 years. Good bye doughnuts hello panera

The inside dining was closed to customers due to short staffed. We went thru the drive thru. The young lady working the window was pleasant and had a smile the entire time even while the manager behind could be heard cussing about another customer behind us in the drive thru line. The manager could use some hospitality training. She did think to turn the mic off so the customers she was complaining about couldn’t hear her.

The lobby is never open. They place a note book size paper saying you need to use drive thru. You don’t see the note until you get out of your car . I have to use a walker and this BS is difficult on me. You get in line at the drive thru just to find out they are sold out of what you ordered. Then you have to wait in the drive thru lane to get out. They have lost a customer.

This is the store to go to if you want fresh Krispy creme donuts. There is a glass wall where you can see them freshly made.
I went sissification hunting down the Valentine’s Day conversation donuts.
They had very few left in stock when I went so we ordered other heart ones.
I’m docking a star because a lot of the donuts we got were not picture worthy. The frosting looked sloppy and careless. If I keep going and notice that they are keeping up with standards, I will change it back to a 5 .
