Drive through only, but I was on my bike and they helped me! Very courteous and suggested coffees. I had a Brazilian Roast. Delicious.

Such a cute little coffee shop! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would come again!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. This shop is right by apartment so decided I should use it. Well 1) the staff is super friendly. Not the bubbly over the top you get from most baristas in other stores which to me is wonderful 2) I had some questions and they explained everything great and 3) after only being there several times they recognized me and also asked me if I wanted skim milk (what I normally get but was tired and forgot to say it) in my latte. This is the type of place I love to do business. Thank you for making this very “not a morning person” be able to function!

Got the strawberry banana one.
It was delicious.

A fantastic, locally-owned purveyor of good coffee. I’ve hit up most of their locations, and especially like the Blondo/Papillion Pkwy location’s drive-thru. I hope they eventually branch out to the southwest part of.town.

Wow. Ok I usually don’t leave reviews but I tried Roast for the first time today. The customer service was wonderful. The guy who took my order was very calm and chill. Sometimes ordering coffee from a barista who is bubbly and chipper is great to wake me up in the mornings, but today’s service at Roast was just so relaxed for a change and loved it. I ordered a latte with lavender and oat milk (not always easy to find in Omaha) and this. is. the. best. coffee. I. have. ever. had. It is velvety, rich, and the best part… it was the perfect temperature as soon as I received it. Didn’t burn my tongue. Didn’t have to wait for it to cool down. I’m so in love. Packaging looks to be eco-friendly too, which is a huge plus. Needless to say: new favorite coffee joint. Thanks guys.

This used to be Fox Hollow Coffee and Winebar. It’s since been taken over and rebranded as ROAST – Blondo, following on from a few other ROASTs around the area. The coffee is excellent although for my taste it isn’t quite as hot as I would expect; the owner explained that they do this on purpose so the milk has better flavor and is smoother (in the lattes, mochas etc) and she’s right. The store is pleasant inside, a little sparse at this time as they’re getting things organized.

There’s plenty of tables and power outlets, also a nice fireplace in the middle which will be fun to sit by on the colder days.

The staff are always very polite and helpful. There’s also a drive-up if you’re not able to stop inside.

If you need your fix of coffee and want something different (or indeed, better) than the usual chain places, then you could do plenty worse than ROAST.

Staff was very friendly! I always used to go to the one in Aksarben & love that this one is super close to my house now. Their lattes are amazing & you have to try the everything bagel!! Will be returning.

I’m hesitant to write this review because I love how few people seem to know this cute little coffee shop is here, and that means I can almost always get a seat by the fireplace. The coffee is good, the staff is friendly, and did I mention the fireplace?
