The young lady Angela was at the counter yesterday and she was absolutely horrible. I was the first customer there at 9:30 am and she explained that she was waiting for donuts to arrive. I waited patiently as she walked away from the counter as she took iced coffees to employees at other restaurants and she literally stayed gone for a while talking to employees at the other restaurants.The guys show up with trays of donuts and they ask me if anyone is working there. I said yes she went down the hall. Once she finally comes back a line of about 10 people had formed behind me and she had absolute NO urgency to help us at all. I’m trying to catch a flight and ask her could I please just get a coffee and she said give me a second. She literally proceeds to SLOWLY put up about 20 dozen trays of donuts with the guys who bought the donuts just standing there. Everyone in line is getting frustrated and one man actually left. Once she finally got my order she hands me my bag without even saying thank you or anything . She could have at least said thank you for waiting. Very poor customer service. Do better.

I showed up when they opened late after 8am, and they told me they “forgot to make the donuts last night” so no donuts today.

Terrible…although by opening hours it should be open, it had no one working and no donut at all…but the lights were on and also some screens…which makes people think it is open or would open soon

Marked as open, the posted hours say they should be open, and the screens and lights are on like it’s open, but nobody is there and no donuts are made. Employee didn’t bother to come in? Management can’t be bothered to update their google map hours or pay their employees enough?

Can’t beat the HOT NOW…
BE PATIENT. New hours are8 am to 8 pm. Easier to go inside, faster than the drive thru, they are short handed, like most places.

Refuse to honor the free donut promotion. How can you know which locations arbitrarily decide to buck the system? Rude employees too.
