My favorite Dunkin in ATL period!! They are always courteous, and professional. They pay attention to detail when crafting your drinks. I frequent this location several times a week, and when I walk in, they are already ringing up my order! Now that’s EXCELLENT customer service. They even remember our milk preferences! My latte is always perfect & I tried the roasted tomato humnus toast today…so Yummy!

This place needs to be shutdown for a solid week or two, hire enough staff to actually run the place and clean it up. It’s dirty, there is usually only 2-3 people working if you’re lucky and the cash register/payment system isn’t fully working. This is not representative of Dunkin!

Very chaotic when I went this morning, lots of missing/late orders (including mine). The bright side is that they were very nice and made the order asap when you brought it to their attention.

I had to wait in line just for my food to be cold . An actual shame to still be open at this location. Manager was not helpful at all. Sausage biscuit was the only item that came out fresh and hot .

This location is the worst. I ordered a mobile pick up before arriving and had to wait 20mins for my order. Mobile pickups are usually for people that are on the go and have some where to be. If I had 20 mins to wait then I would’ve went through the drive thru

This is our favorite Dunkin since we moved here. The staff are always awesome. They were working the night downtown Atlanta erupted. Their windows were smashed. No employees were hurt but they were pretty shaken up. Yet they remained opened. They kept welcoming their regulars with smiles. That’s always been consistent but under those circumstances it was beautiful. I hope that never changes. Today we stopped in and both employees were masked up properly the entire time. We appreciate that too.

I ordered my drink and sandwich.
Im normally good at this place but today when i got my food, the young guy who made my sandwich didn’t know that i saw him throwing the cheese and other parts of the sandwich around, toying with it with no care. I no longer trust the food here. He needs training

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin donuts on Forsyth Street since 2018 and my experiences were all wonderful 5star I must say until today 06/07/22 at about 5pm a youngman was at the counter ordered my usual he had an earphone in his ear he pulled it out so he could hear me before making my order he proceeded to put back earphone in his ear nails were dirty and all so I asked him are you going to wash your hands his reply was I’m just making coffee guessing he really didn’t want to wash his hands he called a young lady in the front she came around and made the coffee didn’t say anything but oh boy if them two are going to be representing that business I wouldn’t recommend that location to anyone and I’m certainly not going back. Sorry for the missing punctuations.
