I’ve always loved Krispy Kreme-their donuts are delicious, when they have them in stock. This location has been going downhill the last couple of times I’ve been here. The lobby is closed even though it says dine-in available. The donuts are smaller, with some being exceptionally small for no reason. They had 4 employees just standing by the registers on their phones, which makes me wonder why they have the lobby closed. I still prefer them over Dunkins, but they’re not what they were.
Seriously though, why was my original glazed half the size of the other donuts? And since when is it $10 for half a dozen (small) donuts?

Trash doughnuts and staff. Go to order and takes 10 minutes waiting with 1 car infront of me getting 1 item. Get them and there these tiny burnt looking donuts. Taste them and they aren’t even the donuts I ordered. They are pumpkin spice I think, when I ordered original glaze. Plus they taste old and crunchy.. disgusting.Don’t know how hard it is to either say your out of these donuts or to pick the correct one. Didnt get greeted at window either or really talked to at all. Had cone in part of driveway it looked like to deter people from coming through cause they’re lazy. Ridiculous waste of $15 which is crazy prices

My cousin H works here as a donut decorator and makes the best lookin donuts. Love me some good ole Krispy Kreme donuts

We always loved the quality and size of the KK donuts. But today, I got very disappointed. Texture is not even, and size of each donut got really small. It was my last purchase probably.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place has gone so far downhill. They never have anything. The customer experience is horrible.

I understand staff shortages, but that doesn’t mean the staff you have can’t be courteous and knowledgeable. It also doesn’t explain why I jyst paid $25 for 2 dozen stale donuts. I suspect they’re more than a day old. If I wasn’t so busy I’d go back and return them. Our son’s birthday is today. I can’t serve these to anyone.

This location should be shutdown. I know they’re franchised, but you’d think corporate would have checks and balances in place to oversee quality. I will never frequent here again. I would recommend everyone else do the same and save themselves the frustration. Worst donuts ever.

Krispy Kreme is the BEST! A group before us must have just purchased 20 dozen doughnuts. I felt out of place only ordering 3

Used to be the best place. Now their donuts are never fresh. I’m here as soon as they open expecting fresh donuts and I’m getting cold donuts from the night before because “they’re not making new ones right now” but as a customer I’m requesting fresh.

Then they were closed for like a month while the Cinnamon Toast Crunch deal was going. Not sure what’s going on but this place is not what it used to be.

What is going on with this place.

We ordered a dozen just regular donuts at 8:45 in the morning and got handed a fridge cold box of what tasted like day old donuts. Absolutely not what you would expect out of Krispy Kreme. The place overall looks worn down and not cared for – for example, their drive through speaker is missing a panel and is so quiet you almost can’t hear. It just seems off and a little sketchy.

Do not waste your money here.

Used to love this location, but was pretty disappointed. Lobby is completely closed, most of their donuts they didn’t have or were discontinued, even though they were still on the menu. They don’t do any kind of drinks either. Glazed donuts were fine but cold and not super fresh

LauraJean

I paid $12.49 for a dozen of the original glazed. I thought that was a lot considering they were partially frozen. So essentially more than $1each for a donut that was not fresh. The property where I purchased the donuts looked desolate, not sure why i even chose the place. I guess looking for a treat. Whoever owns this needs to do some much needed yard work. I would not rec this place!
